I ordered a product that wouldn't work with my electronic items, so I requested a return & refund. Disappointed in the product, as it seemed to be a rather nice printer, well packaged, etc. But thrilled with the quick response and refund on something I couldn't get to work for me. Ive been buying from these guys for many years. Whenever ive had an issue they've always quickly taken care of it. The products are akways as described.

I’ve ordered a number of things from this site over the years. You are getting what you pay for generally so don’t expect top of the line goods. But I’ve been impressed with the items I’ve purchased given the price. I’m pretty sure this is a family fun business and it’s not like they can offer prime shipping. With all that said, I recently ordered 5 of something for all of my kids. They arrived in about 2 weeks and one was defective. They sent me a new one. I had only ordered 4 originally and I had no problems cancelling my order and putting in another.

This is my first time with 13 Deals. It started out a little rough but the support team seems to have solved the issue for me. I would deal with 13 Deals again.

I've been a customer for a few years now and I really enjoy looking forward to the next deal. I've only had problems a few times (shipping) but support has always been there and happily worked it out for me. Love this company
