I HIGHLY recommend this company for your lighting needs. Their customer service is top-notch! IMHO, it is hard to purchase lights online, so I was thrilled with their return policy. Unfortunately (due to errors on my part), I had to return 2 orders. The process was painless and seamless. They also have amazing prices. Trust me, i did my research. I will definitely be back 1 stop for any future lighting needs!

I had just received my order of Outdoor Sconce for my house we are building that I placed on the 13th. One of the lights was damaged and bent. I called customer service and spoke with Lanel about my situation and she immediately took care of my needs in getting it replaced. I am just waiting for the warehouse to fill my replacement order. ALL IN A HOUR OF TIME. Can't say enough about my experience with her and my experience with 1stoplighting! Definitely will get my business moving forward!

Ann was super helpful and pleasant to speak with. She solved the problem I created by not measuring accurately. Products were beautiful, customer care with Ann was superb! I will definitely be ordering again!
