Adventure Kings – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Bought the adventure kings portable gas hot water system. Unpacked it and tried to setup with the BBQ gas bottle and it doesn't fit. The YouTube vid they used for the instructional shows the correct attachment fitting. The one I received is different to their video and I can't use it. It won't fit any of my gas cannisters so this whole gas system is useless unless I buy more gas bottles. Why would they offer the wrong fitting and then use the correct fitting in their video? It's false advertising.

Hi, I was checking out the kings battery operated chainsaws, in my opinion you people are falsely advertising this item, check it out for your selves. the picture clearly depicts the chainsaw, batteries and charger with the price. Nowhere until the very end of the add does it say that battery and charger are not included, now if you people consider that to be ok, you can shove yr damn stores.

I purchased two inflatable SUPs during the summer school holidays for my sons to use whilst we were holidaying and discovered both had BENT permanent fins when the boxes were opened and one was missing the larger, removable fin. I contacted customer service by phone, was sent an email with instructions to take photos, an explanation of issues and other details related to the product/purchase. I provided all this information by return email; after not hearing anything for a week, not even a confirmation my email had been received I emailed a second time. It is 26 days since the first email was sent, school holidays have long since finished and still no response......... UPDATE: .....It is now 13 weeks and 6 days (and another beachside camping holiday) since I initially submitted a claim. I followed up by phone today wasting another 28 minutes of my time, only to learn that despite sending two detailed emails separated by 7 days in January, each with all the requested information, the claim was never "officially lodged". The excuse given to me was that the customer service representative I had been dealing with had moved into sales and could no longer access his customer service inbox. So any other returns, warranty claims or customer complaints he was dealing with at the time presumably also got "lost in the ether". Great way to do business; or maybe just a very poor attempt at an excuse. So the claim has now been lodged....and I wait..... I bought the Kings Single air compressor in 2019 and it had worked great up until now, it has condensation in the air lines and puts it into my tyres, the air gauge has a leak at the bottom where you press on it to check what pressure you are at, the screw on connector to the valve has also gone and you need to twist the entire air line for it to screw on, doing so when you take off the airline it undoes the inner valve meaning I have to then get the tyre deflator to tighten it back up. Overall it has been good up until now as all of these problems have come out of nowhere while I’m on Stradbroke island, making my holiday a bit more of an annoyance.
