Waschmaschine defekt. Bei AEG angerufen, Termin mit KD Monteur verabredet. Monteur kam sogar vor der Zeit. Teile gewechselt, obwohl die Maschine schon 8 Jahre alt ist. Funktioniert jetzt wieder tadellos. Schnell, kompetent und freundlich. Nur die Reparaturpauschale bezahlt. Alles Super !

Kurz und bündig, ich hatte ein Problem mit einem Zubehör vom Staubsauger. Abgesehen vom positiven Ausgang, dass es mir ersetzt wurde, hatte ich gar keine Mühe den Support zu kontaktieren. Das läuft bei mir aber immer über E-Mail und niemals telefonisch da dort eh keine hochbezahlten Entscheider sitzen. Reibungslos und binnen Stunden hatte ich die Bestätigung und positive Entscheidung per E-Mail und kann somit nur volle Sterne vergeben. Dennoch möchte ich mich hier mal kurz zur allgemeinen Situation äußern: Ich verstehe hier wirklich alle negativen Rezensenten! Allerdings gilt das nicht nur für AEG sondern kann stellvertretend für die meisten Firmen in Deutschland gelten. Ich kann bei keinem Unternehmen mehr sicher sein, dass die Maschinen "ewig" laufen. Man liest es hier zurecht in jedem Post und auch ich habe die gleichen Erfahrungen schon mehrfach gemacht. Wir sind es aber auch alle selber Schuld. Wir wollen alle immer nur noch billig. Wer kann denn hier guten Gewissens behaupten er hätte lieber zur drei mal so teuren Miele gegriffen als er die Wahl hatte. Ich habe ein Miele Gerät und das läuft und läuft, während ich alle anderen Geräte schon zwei mal ersetzt habe. Ja auch eins von AEG! Da wir alle nur noch billig wollen, müssen die Maschinen logischerweise billig produziert werden. Und so hängen neuerdings massive Metall-Bullaugen einer Waschmaschine an einem Plastikscharnier. Na...klingelt da was? Es ist zwar hässlich zu hören, aber wir sind das Problem. Die Hersteller reagieren nur auf diesen Markt und müssen noch zig Angestellte füttern. Ein sehr besorgniserregender Kreislauf. Ich greife aus diesem Grund immer mehr zu sehr hochpreisigen Geräten (da wo ich es mir leisten kann), aber auch zu Zusatzversicherungen, und so erspart man sich zumindest eine sehr große Menge an Frust und Ärger. Zumindest für einen überschaubaren Zeitraum, denn ewig geht das auch nicht. Schön finde ich diesen Zustand allerdings gar nicht. Und traurig für deutsche und altbekannte Unternehmen ist es allemal! Leider für alle!!
