My experience with AHS was a very pleasant one. I contacted them to have my washer and stove repaired. Parts had to be ordered for both, but I was kept abreast every step of the way regarding the order and delivery of the parts. The company AHS contracted to do the repairs was exceptional (Colorado Ruddy, FL). Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous service. After 3 tries at fixing the washer to no avail, a replacement washer was ordered. In my book, that makes AHS an honorable company. A company you can trust.

I’ve had American Home Shield for over a year and so far I have been very pleased with the service they provided. Except I did have an issues with two vendors. One was an HVAC person who did not do a thorough investigation regarding why one of the rooms did not heat or cool properly. The other was a plumber who brought in some novice helpers and two of my pipes broke and there was water going everywhere. I had other repairs that needed fixed, and that was done well by the vendors, and American Home Shield quick to respond.
They selected a good plumber who found the problem quickly and fixed it right away.
