Aj Madison saved a day for us

Aj Madison saved a day for us! We had a dilemma with another company (Ferguson), they sent us Miele appliances with rats poop inside and appliances smelled like pee. Once the pee is there, you cant make it go away. After fighting with them for 4 months, they replaced us with broken/damaged/used appliances even though we paid money for new. They told us these models can’t be found in the whole USA that they were replaced by newer models (lied). We got our money back, but since our cabinets are custom, we needed exact models. I never bought appliances straight from internet, but we had no option. There were 2 companies offering them, Aj Madison and Appliances Connections. Based on the “good” reviews from google and other sites, we called the Appliances Connections. A sales person told me neither were in stock and just hanged up the phone..what? Their site showed in stock. So I called AJ Madison (the website with bunch 1 star reviews from many sites) and salesperson David picked up, told me both are in stock and they had one over 40+ in stock and another 20+ in stock. Ferguson told us nowhere in US (ya right). I asked David 3 times about model number and that they are brand new because I couldn’t believe, it was our lucky day. 3 weeks later, we received both Miele appliances brand new, not a single scratch. From NY to WA state. One of the other things I loved about my AJ Madison is that they kept us informed about whereabouts and status of our order through email. Every step! (with Ferguson we had to keep emailing salesperson every month for 7 months asking where is it). So, I just wanted to say, don’t always believe those bad reviews on sites about companies. Thank you AJ Madison and thank you David for excellent customer support!

It took just over three months to have my order completely fulfilled, which was extremely frustrating. However, that was ultimately the fault of Supermicro as that's where the parts were backordered and drop-shipped from. Wulus's customer service answered all my questions and kept me informed along the way.

Exceptional experience with AJ Madison …

I had issues finding a specific microwave when we were remodeling our kitchen. The first place we ordered from said it would be shipped at the end of the week. The day before the arrival date, we received an email stating it was delayed for two months! We cancelled the order and searched elsewhere. That order came in on time, but came in damaged. I watched the delivery man drop it twice in the truck and once I’n my yard. Now, it was obvious we would not have the microwave in time for the renovation. Miraculously, AJ Madison had it in stock. When I called them to verify that it was, indeed, in stock, they helped me expedite the order and ship the same day to ensure no one else tagged it. I received email notifications every day with an update on the delivery status. The delivery service they use, AM Home Delivery, is great! The delivery was on time and the microwave was safely packaged and delivered! This was the best service we have had during the entire renovation! AJ Madison and AM Home Delivery are amazing! I will definitely do business with them again!

overcharged for shipping

on 05/22/2022,i ordered an conditioner from Aj Madison the the salesmen was named abie krump. when he told me that since they used a 3rd party shipper to nj i had to pay 49.00 for shipping. I found out when i purchased a second unit on 05/31/2022 ,order# 152044775,that i was overcharged.I requested a credit for the shipping charge and the tax on the shipping charge I was told i had to speak to a customer service person in this area.i spoke an agent named kaitlin .she was very helpful and told me she would process a refund to my credit card.

I originally ordered a Cafe range from another online site, however it arrived damaged so it was sent back and a replacement was no longer in stock from them. Unfortunately this range is usually back ordered by a month or more. After seeing it listed as in stock at AJ Madison I immediately called and spoke to a helpful representative named Dave who took my order over the phone to be sure my order was placed while this stove was still available. When I received my shipping notification from AMHome Delivery it noted that the delivery could be as late as 10:30 pm. I called AJ Madison again to see if they could arrange for a daytime slot. This time I spoke to a representative named Jay who was very understanding and professional. He assured me he would try to put in my request to the shipping company. Happily, it arrived undamaged a couple of days later at a convenient time of day. Jay even followed up with an email letting me know that I could reach out to him if I had any further issues with my order. Would order from AJ Madison again.
