Le livre a été reçu en bon état, même un peu mieux que décrit. Je suis satisfait de cet achat. Le service client est au top. Livraison en France depuis les États-Unis plus rapide que prévue. Tarif un peu élevé avec la livraison internationale, car j'ai ensuite vu au même prix sur Amazon. Mais si vous trouvez quelque chose à votre convenance (il y a du choix), alors vous pouvez acheter sans hésiter.

I ordered 21 manga volumes from Alibris and they were all delivered quickly and packaged nicely; all books arrived in brand new condition and with no damage. The $20 coupon and free combined shipping were a huge help! I mistakenly ordered a different manga volume than I wanted and had some technical issues while trying to generate the official return mailing label. Alibris customer service resolved the issue perfectly and issued me a full refund without requiring me to return the book! I was impressed by the condition of the books, the speed of shipping, quality of the packaging, and the efficiency of the customer service representatives. Will definitely be placing more orders in the future

In merito all'ordine numbero 70966885, del 9 ottobre 2022, ho pagato più di 100 euro per dei libri costosi che non sono mai arrivati. Il servizio clienti mi ha risposto di attendere ancora un poco per via del traffico natalizio, ma i libri non sono arrivati. Finalmente, il servizio clienti ha annunciato un rimborso totale, scusandosi per l'incidente.

Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza con Alibris: cercavo una light novel in inglese uscita ormai qualche anno fa che risultava quasi introvabile in Europa se non a prezzi folli. L'ho trovata da un rivenditore del New Jersey a un prezzo irrisorio che compensava i costi di spedizione (16,99$), quindi ho effettuato il primo ordine i primi di novembre 2022. Avrei dovuto ricevere il pacco entro metà dicembre, ma così non è stato, per cui ho contattato il servizio clienti per avere informazioni, dato che le spedizioni non sono tracciate. Loro sono stati molto celeri e disponibili nel rispondermi, dicendomi che probabilmente il pacco era stato smarrito e provvedendo immediatamente ad effettuare un rimborso, senza nemmeno averlo richiesto. Mi hanno rassicurata sul fatto che potevo procedere ad effettuare nuovamente l'ordine in quanto la perdita dei pacchi era un'eventualità rara e, vista la loro cortesia, ho voluto fidarmi. Ho effettuato il secondo ordine a Natale e finalmente, il primo febbraio, ho ricevuto la mia light novel in perfette condizioni (possono volerci fino a 45 giorni per la consegna con le spedizioni internazionali). Insomma, anche se occorre un po' di pazienza, consiglio sicuramente di acquistare da loro!

Could not locate the book elsewhere. Decent price and fast delivery. Very pleased.

This is a vendor sales site. They allow book vendors a way to advertise their wares on their site. I found their customer service to be excellent! I recently ordered what was advertised as a new copy of the 1994 First Edition of “The Rise and Fall of Merry England” by Ronald Hutton. I paid $147.00 and change for this book from a vendor named Revaluation Books. What I ended up receiving was a cheap 2011 reprint of the first edition. Clearly this was not as advertised. I immediately contacted Alibris to make a return. Revaluation Books claimed that they cited 1994 only as the year of origin. This was not true and I proved it. Alibris processed a refund immediately once the book reached their warehouse. I say this with any book vendor site. Check the reliability of their site. Do they screen their vendors? Do they allow returns? Will they advocate for you if you’re a victim of false advertising? I continue to use Alibris, and their customer service is nice. I would recommend doing business with this company.

The book arrived in the condition advertised. I gave only 4 stars because it took a little longer than the promised 4-14 days shipping time and I had to ask for a tracking number. I admit I started freaking out because of all the negative reviews, but Alibris was quickly responsive when I emailed and it all worked out. They could improve by including the carrier and tracking number at the outset, since we've all been spoiled by hourly shipping updates from amazon.

This is used book store site that delivers what is says. The quality of the book is as said and delivery is as said. The prices in general are lower than Amazon, Walmart or any other site. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Alibris is very reliable & the Customer Service did answer my email and I'm happy with my purchase... but the shipping process is quite long. Just FYI, for an item located in the US, shipped on December 2nd to France, you can expect it to arrive on January 18th (a month & a half later), so if you are patient and not looking for a last-minute gift, it's okay :) (the end-of-the-year festive season might also explain such a delay)

Just received The Play of Mahamudra today. I previously left a bad review based on the lack of transparency regarding the shipping. The book arrived today in brand new condition and I’m very happy about the positive outcome. If you order from this company, be patient. Although they don’t use phone communication, they are responsive via emails. I needed the book to arrive on time and was frustrated that it was not shipped with a tracking number and worried about this sentence: “Please write back if your order doesn't arrive within 20 days from ship date. Thanks for your patience, and for shopping with us!” I also worried about a lot of the comments that were reflecting my experience.
