AllModern – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Purchased a few pieces of furniture from them. One was a bed frame. The bed frame did not match the pictures exactly and did not even last two years. It was a $900 bed frame. The bed frame did not even last one move, the metal threaded screw inserts stripped from the headboard posts so it was nearly impossible to disassemble the side boards from the headboard. Yes, this happened on both sides. You could never get a tight study feel with how it is assembled and held together. The center vertical slate runner also broke. For reference, it was primarily just me using the bed so it is doubtful if their products could even support a couple. Their warranty also only covers the initial 30 days unless you pay for the "extended warranty package." I've seen better build quality from no-name Amazon furniture brands for a quarter of the cost of AllModern.

I do not really understand this website.

I purchased some items a week before a sale, so I asked if there was any way AllModern could either adjust the pricing or help me in any way. Customer support said they were unable -- and when I asked if there really wasn't anything at all they could do, they stated that they "have sales all the time, so they can't do this." Okay -- I'll just buy from another vendor that's not Wayfair. The products I bought were overpriced anyway. A $200 product that had the build of something half the price at Lowe's.

Ordered a pair of high end dining chairs. Communications and delivery were smooth. Chairs look great. Saved 30% from big name sites.
