What is Ancestry.com Cash Back?

Though Ancestry.com already offers highly discounted products, it’s always good to have additional cost-saving opportunities, right? That’s what you can get with Ancestry.com cashback – a system of returning a certain percentage from your purchases at Ancestry.com to your wallet. Yes, that’s real money – not some Ancestry.com cashback bonus that you can only spend for subsequent purchases in this store, but hard cash that you can use for any other purposes.

How does Ancestry.com Cashback Works?

Ancestry.com cashback: sounds simple enough, but how simple is it? The definition of cashback states that it’s literally a cash rebate, but where does this money come from? It comes from promotional deals between third-party sites and Ancestry.com. These promos are paid in the form of cash to the cashback site and then transferred to you. These cashback sites feature clickable links that direct traffic to the main Ancestry.com website, which in turn rewards the site. Want more Ancestry.com cashback deals? We'll explain some Ancestry.com rebate deals and offers next.

On top of cashback, you're also eligible for some Ancestry.com cashback bonus offers. This can come from purchasing with Ancestry.com cashback credit cards, which offer cashback when using them to make purchases. There are rebate Ancestry.com offers that you can redeem to receive extra cash and extra promos and bonuses as well.

To put it in the simplest way, by using a third-party site for Ancestry.com shopping, you collect a percentage of your cash back. We got the best Ancestry.com cashback sites coming up next.

How to get Cashback from Ancestry.com?

How to use Ancestry.com Cashback?

Using the cashback Ancestry.com rewarded to you is also very easy. There is one thing, though – it needs time to be processed and cashed out. First of all, it's good to check that your preferred method of withdrawal is offered at the cashback site you choose. All those that we provided offer all major payment methods.

After this is done, your purchase will need to be approved by Ancestry.com, which can take between 10 and 30 days. After approval, the cash is transferred to the cashback site you used and then sent to you within 24-48 hours. Most of the time, it is required to have a minimum amount before you can withdraw your earnings.

With so many ways to earn extra cash and bonuses just from shopping at your favorite stores, shopping gets much more attractive. Have fun shopping around and enjoy the rebates flooding back to your account!

Ancestry.com Cash Back Calculator

The cashback calculator is available in some cashback services (for example, SecretDiscounter) on the page of each store and allows you to quickly calculate the amount of cash back that will be returned after a purchase. However, to calculate the cashback, the calculator uses the maximum store rate, and if the store has several rates for different categories of goods, the calculator takes into account the largest one.

Incongruent Reports from 1950's Census

I do not want to write my experience again. Please read the first review. There is some mixed messages being given on Ancestry that is being reported from a 1950 Census. It is not accurate and the actual 1950 record needs to be seen. Ancestry needs to provide me with a copy of 1950's record because of the different reporting that was indicated through Ancestry.

My orginal dna kit became tainted at…

My orginal dna kit became tainted at the company and the company sent me another kit at no charge. I was upset so I canceled my account, however, after thinking about it later I decided to activate the kit they sent me but the system would not let me so I called and got a very helpful and friendly person who immediately looked into it and got my account and new kit re-activated. He was extremely helpful

14 day free trial isn't really 14 free days

14 day free trial isn't ACTUALLY 14 days for free. It's 13 days and you're charged on the 14th day. And when inquiring about this you receive push back and are told that Ancestry doesn't authorize membership refunds. Even though you're charged early... The family information found was great though which is why I still rate this site 4/5

No problems with my current issue

No problems with my current issue. Associate was helpful and easy to understand; issue resolved. I only wish the cost of Ancestry was more affordable and included Newspaper access. As a senior I am on a limited income and with the rise in costs for gas, food, etc. my income is getting very limited. This may be my last subscription I will be able to afford.

I was afraid I had made a major goof on my family tree and could not figure out how to fix it without making it worse. Reluctantly I called ancestry to tell them what I had done wrong and how could I fix my error without making it worse. Brittanique led me through the way in easy steps and in less than a minute I was back in business! Easy as that! I had spent my morning trying to correct my error. I will not be afraid to call for help ever again. These ancestry.com folks are so knowledgeable and super helpful!
