Antler – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

On my last trip, I noticed my large Antler Lightning case had a mind of its own. Upon investigation I discovered that 2 of the spinner wheels were not swivelling properly. I tried to oil them, but no luck. I have had the case for 5 years, and have travelled quite a bit. Upon return I contacted Antler via their online portal, uploaded the receipt and a few photos. Within a few hours they emailed back asking for a short video showing the problem, and the next day they contacted me with a choice of 2 replacements (Saturn or Prism) as my model is discontinued. I chose the Prism. 48hrs later the new case arrived. WOW. If that's not a good warranty and service I don't know what is. Also the new case has another 10 year warranty. It may sound strange to some, but it's a bit of a shame, that Antler doesn't do spare parts, as I'm quite handy, and would happily have replaced the wheels myself, and saved the faulty case from landfill. If the could supply parts, it might help with their green credentials.

Ordered the Chelsea backpack on Monday and delivery was on Thursday. Packaging was huge but the bag was well protected and I am very happy with it. Excellent quality fits my MacBook Air perfectly and any other bits I require when travelling into London. Thank you!!

What an amazing customer service with Antler !!! So prompt and swift no quibbles all sorted in 48 hours , thank you for the replacement case under warranty

I sent a Warrenty Claim form to 'Antler' on Wednesday of this week (18th January 2023), with regard to a fault with my suitcase. I sent the receipt of purchase, along with photos of the problem. I received an email back from customer services within 2 hours, authorising a replacement suitcase. Good communication with Leangel followed, and I received my replacement case this morning (20th January) before 8am with DPD...2 days turn about. Almost too good to be true, but it was! Well Done 'Antler'...just brilliant customer service and outcome. Thank you

These poor reviews are not my experience of Antler Customer Service or its products. I have had Antler luggage for years and it has always been top quality. A recent return because I ordered the wrong size was dealt with immediately. DPD kept failing to collect the return but Antler responded to each of my emails within hours. They provided a full refund before I had the case collected as DPD was over-run due to Royal Mail strike. First class product and service. People often only come here to write negative reviews. Those with a positive experience rarely feel the need to express it as it's simply job done. But I felt given the large amount of negative feedback here I'd offer my positive experience.
