There was a small issue with my order because I was having it customized in a different width than was online, but my emails were returned with a resolution in hours and my order was shipped out the next day. We got our bands within 2 business days and we couldn’t be happier. The rings are gorgeous! They are such good quality. All the ones in the stores near us felt flimsy and cheap.
