Over the years I have purchased many prints, framed art and canvas art from art.com and have never had a problem. In one case where I did not like the art after I received it, they were fine with me returning it and even sent a prepaid label. In a case where my daughter's art arrived framed partly over the name of the artist and title of the print, they send another, properly done, without requiring the return of the first. But otherwise my art has been great in terms of quality, packing and shipping. Five stars.

I have ordered 3 pieces from Art.com and am very pleased. They are beautifully framed. The website is easy to use. The orders were delivered before the estimated date and were very well packaged. I will continue to order from them.

I just order and about 20h later cancel an order (for some reason) and the cancel it right away, very easily, by chatting, no phone call required. Not bad compared to all the bad review I see on the customer service.

I received 7 art pieces. The art prints and photo prints were great, but the expensive giclee prints weren't impressive (or at least to what I was hoping for) so I used their online support, explained my disappointment with half the order and they issued a refund within 3 days to my PayPal account. I will order art prints or photos from them again. Their customer service was good.

Ordered 30+ framed and mounted pictures to fit out our new flat. Fantastic! Everything arrived swiftly, packaged and delivered very well, the pictures are really fab and the mounting is nicely done, tidy and solid. On top of this, we approached Customer Services about an error we made and they corrected it immediately without fuss. Really impressed :)
