They have always supplied a good quality product for a decent price. I have only had one issue and they resolved it quickly and fairly.

Got a piece from Ashley Furniture recently and here's my honest feedback: -The quality is really good. It's sturdy and has a sleek design that fits well in my living room. Definitely feels like a durable piece. -Props to the customer service team at Ashley. They were helpful and straightforward, which made the buying process smoother. -Delivery was faster than I anticipated, which was a nice surprise. The assembly was pretty simple too, though it took a bit longer than I expected. -All in all, I'm quite happy with my Ashley Furniture purchase. It's not absolutely perfect, but it's pretty close. A solid choice for anyone looking for reliable and stylish furniture. Would recommend!

Allison, my salesperson, was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Luiz and Tito, the delivery team, were friendly and very fast with the setup. I'm very pleased.

Delivery was made without any problems the sofa is very comfy so far. Looks really good in person in the house too.
