I have multiple pieces from Astley Clarke and they are all beautiful. Had an issue with a necklace that I bought a few months ago and the customer service team responded really quickly and were so helpful giving me different options to replace my item. Would highly recommend buying from this company, the customer service team are amazing!

I have a very well loved locket and unfortunately stopped staying shut and they have agreed to fix it complimentary and also no cost to return either. I highly recommend this company. I’ve had two lockets from Ashley Clarke now and am absolutely delighted with them both. The first was a gift for my mother which I tried to rush through in time for Christmas as a last minute present as my step father had just passed away and wanted an extra special present for Christmas. I spoke to customer services who were lovely, very helpful but managed my expectations that it was likely not possible for delivery in time (which I understood as delivery timeframes were post Christmas when I ordered it) despite this the locket arrived the very next day. It was a special moment gifting this to her on Christmas Day and I’m so thankful for the staff for making that happen. The quality and design are perfect, even the clasp has a small charm with a stone inside, also lovely packaging. The second locket was also received within a few days of ordering, this time a gift for myself with my children's picture inside and initials engraved on the back. I’m delighted with it. Locket pictures can be changed to free of charge which i think is a really nice touch, which I will use as my children get older. Would definitely recommend, thank you so much.

I purchased a lovely locket from the company - I wasn't happy with the pictures in it and they changed them without charge. They will also let you update the pics free of charge in the future. Can't fault the customer service really great to deal with. The packaging and jewellery seems lovely. Would definitely use them again.
