I've had services with AT&T for a couple months now (switched for a trade-in deal for the iPhone 14 Pro), and yeah: their app is slow, doesn't keep me logged in, the whole 9 yards. I won't bore you with the specifics on those issues specifically. My experience with the network, stores and phone support have been, well, interesting. The network does have it's strong and weak points in my area. Downtown is unusable, but everywhere else is passable. The store I typically visit has also been busy every time I've gone in (with only one person running the whole show), but that one person has shown time and time again their ability to manage everything by themselves. Customer support is also a mixed bag. It's your run of the mill off-shore support that doesn't speak the best English, but it's enough to get your issues resolved. Long story short: if you're in a good coverage area, hopefully you don't have to constantly deal with support.
