Avenue – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Surprised by these reviews honestly. The clothes I ordered were shipped the day after my order was placed & I received an email with tracking number. Probably only took a week to get my stuff. Anyways, this place has way cuter styles than Torrid at a much more affordable price point. Happy so far.

I ordered two tops, however I had to return both. I like my tops a lil loose and I usually purchase size 2x or 3x depending on the style. The tops I ordered were 22/24 and they were huge. I mean really huge. I could have returned them for a smaller size, but the quality of the tops I found disappointing. The good news and reason for the 4 star rating was the easy return! I dropped the package in the mail and within 2 days I was notified of the receipt of my return and the money was deposited back into my account, minus shipping/handling. I used to enjoy shopping at the local avenue store which closed, so I will give them another try with online ordering. Especially knowing that returns are handled timely.

I'm surprised by all the bad reviews I've ordered from avanue a few times and had no issues with my shipment also the clothing that I've ordered is good quality and great prices I always look at the measurements and read the description on all the clothing that I purchased. All clothing fit different so you have to read the description on products I go between size 12 and 14 depending on stretch and from I can tell they are true to size on measurements.

I have tried over and over to get a refund and they’re of no help!!i research this company and i found their support number which is i reach out the company they helped me in doing an return on my order o I received the shipping information and refund on my order from this company Very helpful and professional.

My order from 05/22/2021 finally shipped my order id #4883hf63 and helpline919⁹³⁹ 25four four …I sent an email and got a service ticket number which is no good. I had ordered three times before with problems only the third time, which they said was due to snow in Texas. I took them at their word and ordered again, but it's been very disappointing.so i decided to contacted the Avenue Stores customer service team and finally they help me out to get my order moeny back thank you but I will probably never order from Avenue Stores again in future at all !!
