This is going to be an odd review but a friend ordered a cake to celebrate my wife and I moving into our new house. Problem was UPS are completely useless and couldn’t find our house in spite of it being very clearly shown on Apple Maps, Google Maps etc. Well, once might be forgiven… but twice? Cake was re-ordered and once again a total screw up from UPS! The point of this review is that Bake-me-a-Wish customer service were so great during the entire mess and have refunded my friend her money. The other thing is that she’s in the UK so that makes things a little harder with time zones etc. Also, I have ordered cakes from Bake-me in the past and I know how delicious they are. All around, a really great company!

I ordered tiramisu and tres leches. The tiramisu was delicious but the tres leches was ok. It doesn’t taste like tres leches but vanilla cake with white chocolate. The customer service is great. They answer your emails right away and solve the problem. I would order again but not tres leches cake. They need to improve that one.
