I added products to my shopping cart and used the 15% first purchase coupon. I didn't notice that because of the coupon being applied, that I had to now pay for shipping. As soon as I noticed that I had to pay for shipping (I hate paying for shipping), I emailed them asking if I can cancel my order i had placed minutes ago so that I can re-order and order more things to meet the free shipping quota. I went back and forth so many times via email with the customer service asking if they could cancel my order and reinstate the 15% code so I can use it to place a new order. At first, the agent offered me 15% off. I thought, if that covers the shipping cost, then fine. I had mentioned in the very first email I had used the 15% off coupon and wanted to cancel my order after realizing I was paying for shipping but wanted to reinstate the 15% promo code so I can place a new order. The agent did not read my emails because after many more emails, they noticed I had already used the 15% coupon and said he couldn't give that discount to me. I said, fine, then cancel my order and he said he would. Then I get a notification that it's been shipping and that it's arriving today! I sent them an angry email saying I had requested this to be cancelled and had already spoken to their customer service many many times about this. Now, I'm being told it's be re-routed to them and my order is cancelled but we'll see if they credit my card back. Their customer service is so lacking that I don't know if I want to re-order their products. It looks cute online but not worth the hassle of 15 emails back and forth to cancel
Terrible.... I ordered a work Tote and when it arrived I decided I would like to return it and order the larger size. I am in the EU and when you go to the website it says to contact customer care to organise it. Contacted them and I get a reply saying to check the website with a link to the page that tells you to contact customer care. Contacted them again and I have been back and forth for 2 weeks and gotten no where. I can only assume they are dragging out the time so that I am ineligible for a refund. I will certainly not be buying the larger Tote after all this.

I placed my order on Friday and my purchase was delivered today (Tuesday) with daily delivery update. Very happy with the product and customer service!
I ordered the small carryon in grey based on it's features and weight. I had a small issue when it was quickly delivered and customer service promptly responded and took care of my issue. Shipping was fantastic and I was notified when it was going to be delivered. I ordered the luggage in grey but really wanted the pink, but very happy with my choice! I bought a pink weekender tote from Amazon so I have a little pop of color anyway. Im happy this piece is lighter than a lot of luggage.
I've seen nothing but positive review videos on social media. Trustpilot is for some reason filled with unhappy US customers. Shipping to Europe is SO fast (next day shipping excl. Sunday, arrives within 3 days), quality is great and love the practical design of each bag. example: I ordered on a Saturday night, it was shipped on Monday and arrived Tuesday morning. Wel wil ik mede reizigers waarschuwen om goed te kijken naar de maten, want vandaag werd mijn carry-on koffer geweigerd als handbagage bij RyanAir. Het koffer was te groot en moest toen (tegen betaling) last minute ingecheckt worden in het ruim. Fijn koffer, prachtig design, maar dus de foute maten voor echte carry-on (in ieder geval bij RyanAir). Kijk dis goed naar de maten.
