Ordered on the 17th. Shipped out on the 19th. Belk email confirmation within hours of purchase.Going through the normal shipping process. Fed Ex updates daily in different locations . Currently in Ks and expected arrival on the 23rd. So far so good… so we shall see. Recently shopped at Wilmington NC store on Oleander Drive. Elaine assisted me in the purse department. Elaine was the friendliest, most helpful cashier that has ever assisted me in any of the big department stores. She was cheerful, kind and really is an excellent representative for the Belks store. In fact all the employees I have encountered at this store are excellent. But Elaine just went over and above. Good job Elaine and Belks!!
