Bentley – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Landed on their website, specifically on the page with the item I wanted. Then got the 15% discount pop up, if I provide my email for marketing. So, I signed up, and proceeded to checkout, but the price went up $10. I assume it was shipping fees. Kept going, and the coupon code was rejected, the message stated that it didn't apply to this item. I continued, just to find out that the extra $10 was the real price because after making the purchase via PayPal, a second surprise payment permission was requested to cover an additional $10 in shipping. The price went from $35 to $56.49. I then found out that I wouldn't receive my product until next month (Ordered April 16th) I emailed Bentley about the coupon, and I might as well have spoken to a wall. I'm surprised by the trashy customer service, and the dishonest sales tactics... very tacky.
