Bissell – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have done home cleaning and ran a cleaning service for 27 years with a Bissell vacuum being my best fried. I chose Bissel because of many reasons: ) American Owned 2) Lightweight 3) Carpet height adjustment 4) Comes with a crevice tool ( another best friend) and a brush 5) I can stand on a ladder and hold the vacuum while using the hose and attach ments in high places 6) Always works great 7) Economical and affordable During the last 27 years, I have probably purchased a thousand bissel vacuum cleaners or more. Never, did I register or buy the warranty because I used them for business. Once my housekeepers left with a vacuum, I had no idea how it was treated. I've used thier vacuum cleaners doing the following cleaning jobs: 1)Residential Homes 2) Office Cleaning 3) Move In/Move Out Cleans 4) New Construction Cleans 5) Trash Out Cleans I have always maintained my machines. I have always been happy with thier product. .. Until recently..... About a month ago, I Purchased bissell vacuum from Walmart, the model I butly runs 59.00 before tax. I took it home ,put it together and put it in my car for work. The next day, I arrive to a Residential home and go to work. I immediately became frustrated when I started using my vacuum. The hose would not stay attached to the machine at all. In order to use the hose and attachments, I had to continually hold where it attaches to the machine. It would still pop off randomly. Then when vacuuming the area rugs , the machine was not picking up properly, no matter what setting I put it on. I ended up using the home owners vacuum, that day. I attempted to take the machine back to Walmart, had the receipt. Because, I did not have the box, they would not exchange it. I came home and called Bissell. Here is where my problems lay.... 1) Because I use it for business, there was nothing they could do because it voided the warranty. A ) I didn't purchase a warranty. B) I had tge recipe and could prove it was just purchased. C) There is, NOTHING, in the manual or on the box that states I can not use this product for business. 2) I explained how long I have used thier product and NEVER bought a warranty because of facts stated above. Bissell lost a life time customer. I WILL NEVER BUY A BISSELL PRODUCT of any kind again, in my lifetime. I went and purchased a Shark vacuum.

After paying just short of 400 quid for a machine and solutions, I was then charged a premium for supposedly free next day delivery. Next day delivery doesn’t exist an after calling customer service they say their clocks are an hour in front of everyone else’s, whats that all about? I was then informed for next day delivery, orders must be received by 3pm. After explaining that the order was in the morning and well before 3 pm, i was then told they cant offer next day delivery, even though I had paid an extra premium, and it will be with me in 3 days time. What a load of rubbish. Needless to say, the order has been cancelled and I’ll be taking a trip to my local electrical retailer to purchase a different brand of machine. Incredibly poor customer service Bissell. AVOID this company would be my advice.

J'ai commandé un article sur leur site mais je ne l'ai jamais reçu. Service client déplorable. Je ne recommande pas du tout, c'est de l'escroquerie.

Absolut ärgerlich!! Zum Einen hat Bissel einen absolut schlechten Kundenservice: Nach einem halben Jahr schon war das Fußfenster verbogen und ging beim Putzen immer wieder ab. Nachdem ich mit dem Herrn am Telefon Fehler meinerseits (in Spülmaschine gesäubert, zu heiß abgewaschen etc.) komplett ausschließen konnte, hieß es dennoch: Tut mir leid, Sie müssen ein Neues trotzdem selbst bezahlen 🤷🏻‍♀️ Jetzt hab ich mich endlich dazu durch gerungen und ein neues Fußfenster bestellt, da fallen plötzlich 11€ Zollgebüren an! Und das obwohl man über eine deutsche Website bestellt! Finger weg von Bissel-Produkten!

Ik schrijf nooit reviews over een bedrijf, maar deze moet me van het hart. Ik heb een dweil besteld, maar die spoorloos verdwenen in het distributiecentrum van DPD. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk, maar ik ben nu al wekenlang aan het wachten op het ‘onderzoek’, terwijl de track & trace dus duidelijk laat zien dat die nog in het distributiecentrum is. Intussen zit ik zonder dweil en is me totaal onduidelijk wanneer ik die dan wel krijg. Als ik daarnaar vraag via de klantenservice krijg ik steeds op botte toon te horen dat ik moet wachten. Toen ik na 3x bellen en mailen zei dat ik nu toch wel graag gebruik wilde maken van mijn herroepingsrecht, zei Wendy van de klantenservice dat ik dat maar lekker moest doen omdat het toch geen zin heeft. Hahahaha…wat is dit voor een gek bedrijf mensen?!?
