Over priced junk, filter fills up fast and is extremely expensive. Further investigation of cleaning the unit it is impossible by design dog hair dust collection on fan can not be cleaned with out damgeing the over priced tin box this is no more than allot of folded acordian fabric in cardboard cover for a filter and does not warrant the replacement cost. I paid over $500 for this unit 3 weeks later had to replace filters now I just wash the fabric pit back in the box. Nothing like capturing on the covid coax. I need a filter to breath this is not that.

I got a question for my air purifier but… Customer service doesn’t give any response on email nor facebook. Tried calling them and was told they will let the service team call me back, but that was a few months ago.

Unfortunately, this company's customer service is nonexistent. I bought an air purifier about two years ago. Six months ago it started making noise, which became uncomfortably loud (I think it's a bad bearing in the motor). Attempts to get any kind of service from the manufacturer or vendor (Sylvane) were met with either finger pointing (you have to talk to them), or silence. Filling out the web based support request only generated an automatic reply with no follow up. As I said, customer service is non-existent.

Greaat air purifiers

I flew with them multiple times and had great service and experience. I would recommend everyone to think of the fact that they are a low budget company, please don't expect Emirate's services or Qatar. However, they are doing well.
