Ordered an Off-White carry on luggage. Was concerned that I might end up with a pre-owned piece but it in fact was brand new. Received it in 2 days time! No complaints from me; can’t lie I was nervous seeing all of the negative reviews but my experience was seamless.

I actually had a phenomenal experience buying something on Bluefly recently. At first, I was a bit skeptical given all the negative reviews. However, in the end, I couldn't be happier. The product (a Jay Strongwater egg) was EXACTLY as described, and it IS authentic! Moreover, I ordered it very late on Wednesday (close to midnight) and it was delivered by end-of-day Friday, Christmas Eve. I never had that kind of service before. Nor did I even expect such fast delivery! Also, not only was shipping free, but also, I received a 5 percent discount on the item, which was already less expensive than on any other site. Overall, I figured that I paid more than $100 LESS for the item than what I would have paid on a competitor site. To say I'm extremely happy is an understatement. I am ecstatic!

I ordered a cute Givenchy bag from here. I was a little nervous given the extremely discounted price, but went for it anyway. So glad I did! My purse arrived in new and perfect condition. Dust bag and authenticity cards included. Would definitely order from them again

Love love love this shop so much. 5🌟Service Dominic who i communicated with regarding shipping address and he was so helpful. Delivery is Fedex. Merchandise is no doubt all 1000% authentic. I checked it out at the designer boutique on 2 occasions. Did my research and have been in love with Bluefly since last May 2020

I rarely write reviews however after my first order with Bluefly and the numerous negative reviews I felt obligated to share my experience to help other shoppers. As many, being my first time shopping on this site I went to read the reviews, it is legit or a scam? I so wanted the Stuart Weitzman boots but was terrified to give them $500 after the horrible reviews. I had to have them so I took the chance. I did pay the extra $14.95 for expedited shipping so I could get them and find out if all was okay as soon as possible. I had my new boots in 3 days and they are AMAZING! In the original box with duster cover and perfect condition. I will absolutely order from Bluefly again. I however cannot speak to their return policy or customer service as that is where many of the negative reviews were focused on. For shopping though I was highly pleased!! Thanks Bluefly for the great boots!

I placed August 23. Arrived to California on Aug 30. Items were In excellent condition. Tags and packed nicely. Why i am writing. I was aware this shop went under new owners. Trust me the service at Bluefly was Better than exceptional. I was worried being i saw reviews after. How great the service was. My cousin placed a larger order. Also excellent delivery, items and email replies are swift. I found such elegant highend items that were exceptional and price better and items better than other discounters.

I was wary of Bluefly after reading others' reviews, but it seemed to be more reputable than similar websites like Rue La La and Gilt (even though they might all be the same company). Bluefly had some Valentino shoes I was after, as did Rue La La and Gilt, and I chose to order from Bluefly since I really didn't trust the other sites. They were very quick to ship my order (shipped the next day after my purchase), and it took about a week after placing my order for the shoes to arrive. They are exactly what I ordered and were well-packaged with the original designer box. Since I was satisfied with my purchase, I cannot speak to Bluefly's customer service or return policy, which many others seem to have had issues with.

I accidentally ordered a men’s shoe so the sizing was way off. Customer service (Dominick) was amazing. He responded to my emails, sometimes almost instantly. He was very kind and helpful. This is the best customer service experience I have had in years! Way to go Bluefly!
