Easy booking service, the engineers that came to do the boiler servicing were very friendly and provided useful information for our safety.

Service was booked, however I received a call to reschedule it, I stressed id arranged my work around the booked service, and the inconvenience and cost this would now cause me.! Boiler central went the extra mile to fulfil the appointment, which I very much appreciated.

Boiler Central provided the best quote out of five which I obtained. Good impression of the technicians that came by and the work that was done. The boiler itself arrived 1.5 hours after the due time (and without a proper explanation) so it delayed the works. So far (one day in) everything working ok.

Great service from a really nice engineer with no mess and lots of hot water on completion along with great comms from the staff in the office keeping us posted and ensuring all was ok. - No hard sell at any point, just a great job at a fair price.
