Boll & Branch – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Wow! I received a pair of King size sheets for Christmas the year before last. I just started using them and no more than 6 washes later (following their care guidelines), I have two holes in my fitted sheet! I am absolutely so upset about this. How can super expensive sheets fail so quickly? I have several sets of sheets that I’ve had for over 10 years that are still in perfect condition, most of them probably around $60 and from Target. I emailed the company and attached two photos indicating the holes. I am waiting to hear from them. I do hope they stand behind their products. I just received two king size pillows this last Christmas. Frustrated and upset. UPDATED: I received an initial response from the company stating that it had been too long since I had received the sheet set and they offered me a 20% off coupon. I didn’t reply and was super bummed. Later that day, I received a phone call voicemail along with an email from Lauren indicating that she had approved to resend to me another sheet set. I am very happy with the outcome of this situation. I’m not sure if I will ever purchase or want to receive this brand in the future just based off their quality but I am happy that they replaced the item as they should have. Kindly, Customer.

I’ve purchased towels, sheets, pillows and pjs from Boll and Branch, and have been happy w/ all of my purchases. I wasted a lot of money searching for just the right pillows and bedding. The products are superior to other brands, and are exactly as described on their website. The customer service is excellent. I frequently recommend them to friends and family, all of whom have been satisfied w/ their BnB purchases.

We been using Boll & Branch sheets for several years now and have always found them to be of the highest quality. They've always been soft and comfortable, they've always fit our oversized mattress, and we have never once had tiny little holes forming everywhere or seams ripping out. One would think that with our marauding herd of attack Labs, that insist our bed belongs to them but we can sleep in it, would absolutely have destroyed at least one of our flannel sheets, especially with their 3 AM "fights" with one of them actually under the sheets. They've held up extremely well and they are warm in the winter and cool in the summer, even when its 100+. We like them so much, we've actually decided to try a set of their linen sheets and put the wife's grandparents Swedish linens away for another generation.

I had an issue with a purchase and they helped resolve it for me. That to me is so important these days with everything feeling so automated. Thank you Sherri for the help.

Update 01/13/2023: I was recently contacted by Customer Service from Boll and Branch, and they offered to replace our sheets under warranty and to also give us a matching throw blanket. I accepted their offer and the package arrived today. I appreciate the strong customer service support, and this recent experience has definitely given me a more favorable opinion of Boll and Branch. Hopefully we will have better luck with the replacement set of sheets. Original Post: We’ve had our $250 Boll and Branch sheets for 15 months, and the fitted sheet is now badly ripped. We have never had this happen before, and it is not from misuse and is not laundry-related. We’ve had markedly better sheets that lasted for years, and we paid a fraction of the price for them. With Boll and Branch you do not get what you pay for, so buyer beware.
