Boxed – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I had a wonderful experience with Boxed until my last order. I received my order minus paper towels. $15.68 worth. I instantly took a picture of the order & the receipt & the packing slip which said the paper towels had shipped. Well, no, they didn’t. I sent email after email & have had no response. So if they file for bankruptcy, people like me just lose their money? Tough luck, try the next pop up company & risk more. What options do we have to get money back? I’m retired & $15 is a big chunk out of our grocery budget.

have enjoyed Boxed for a few years; convenient for 2 disabled seniors. today went to order and all i get is a blank page saying 'service not available in your area'. reading the other reviews i suspect they have "quiet quit" us customers. I sent a customer service note asking for more info. if i receive anything i will post again. disappointing to treat customers like this.

I've been a customer since COVID. Initially prices were comparable and in some cases better than others. Shipping was very quick. I noticed prices creeping up in the last year. Their prices were higher than Amazon on most items and we all know Amazon even runs higher than local at times. I decided to place an order when they had a great sale. My orders have always arrived in 3-4 days. ALWAYS! Well, 8 days in and no update on the order. Website only stated "processed" as it had within hours of placing the order. Sent an email to Customer Service and expressed concern. Asked for a cancellation due to delays and lack of update. No response. Sent another email 2 days later. Stating I would be seeking resolution through PayPal since they had not responded. Still no response. 6 hours later I only received an email that my order was shipped. Fully ignored my request to cancel. I've not received any response from them. I do not recommend Boxed.com and I will never use the company again. I see there are several complaints stating the same as of late.

I waited for an order from boxed,just said processing,did not ship.I asked for a refund.I have no order or refund.I am disappointed.I enjoyed their products.Dont understand what happened,never had a problem before.Would be nice to know if I am getting my refund.

My order was in a damaged box so FedEx returned to sender (in Texas).I am in IL! Customer Service does not answer but says maybe in 8 hours. Online chat help never answers. Website says order delivered but has not. Thay have my money and I have nothing but a credit card bill. I have a feeling that I have been skunked! They were good at first?

I have placed my order over a week now and it remains “processed” and no update since. Cannot get a hold of anyone and of course there is no option to cancel or talk to anyone. Terrible. Looks like I’m not the on,y one with this issue.

Order never received due to a “glitch “ in the system and no one from boxed tried to correct it

I cannot have an experience when I cannot access the site. When a company or corporation requires you to give your personal information BEFORE you've even decided whether you like the site or their products, I have a problem with that. Therefor I've already formed a negative opinion of Boxed!

I placed an order, the charge briefly appeared on my credit card as pending. The pending charge disappeared. My order was cancelled. No explanation. They told me to contact customer service as to the reason. Out of stock or no longer carry product would have been good enough for an explanation. BUT NO, I have to contact them...CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Will not order from this place again .FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING!!! t

Damaged item/cheaper prices locally. I used to purchase from Boxed all of the time. Their selection has decreased immensely. Their prices are more expensive than the grocery stores and box stores. They do not stand behind their products. I purchased for gift sets. One was damaged. I received a credit for half of the gift set. I have no intention of using that money. I will not shop at Boxed any longer.
