What is Brightside Cash Back?

Though Brightside already offers highly discounted products, it’s always good to have additional cost-saving opportunities, right? That’s what you can get with Brightside cashback – a system of returning a certain percentage from your purchases at Brightside to your wallet. Yes, that’s real money – not some Brightside cashback bonus that you can only spend for subsequent purchases in this store, but hard cash that you can use for any other purposes.

How does Brightside Cashback Works?

Brightside cashback: sounds simple enough, but how simple is it? The definition of cashback states that it’s literally a cash rebate, but where does this money come from? It comes from promotional deals between third-party sites and Brightside. These promos are paid in the form of cash to the cashback site and then transferred to you. These cashback sites feature clickable links that direct traffic to the main Brightside website, which in turn rewards the site. Want more Brightside cashback deals? We'll explain some Brightside rebate deals and offers next.

On top of cashback, you're also eligible for some Brightside cashback bonus offers. This can come from purchasing with Brightside cashback credit cards, which offer cashback when using them to make purchases. There are rebate Brightside offers that you can redeem to receive extra cash and extra promos and bonuses as well.

To put it in the simplest way, by using a third-party site for Brightside shopping, you collect a percentage of your cash back. We got the best Brightside cashback sites coming up next.

How to get Cashback from Brightside?

Just like the Brightside promise, it's easy! We've broken the process down into four simple steps:

  1. Choose a cashback site and sign up for free
  2. Look for the Brightside portal and start shopping
  3. Check out
  4. Sit back and relax while your cash comes to you

How to use Brightside Cashback?

Using the cashback Brightside rewarded to you is also very easy. There is one thing, though – it needs time to be processed and cashed out. First of all, it's good to check that your preferred method of withdrawal is offered at the cashback site you choose. All those that we provided offer all major payment methods.

After this is done, your purchase will need to be approved by Brightside, which can take between 10 and 30 days. After approval, the cash is transferred to the cashback site you used and then sent to you within 24-48 hours. Most of the time, it is required to have a minimum amount before you can withdraw your earnings.

With so many ways to earn extra cash and bonuses just from shopping at your favorite stores, shopping gets much more attractive. Have fun shopping around and enjoy the rebates flooding back to your account!

Brightside Cash Back Calculator

The cashback calculator is available in some cashback services (for example, SecretDiscounter) on the page of each store and allows you to quickly calculate the amount of cash back that will be returned after a purchase. However, to calculate the cashback, the calculator uses the maximum store rate, and if the store has several rates for different categories of goods, the calculator takes into account the largest one.

Best Cashback Site for Brightside

Finding a good cashback website is the most important part of collecting your deserved rebates. Here we have a Brightside cashback review to get you started. First, look for a website that is home to thousands of top retailers and bonus offers that will be sure to get you the green you're hoping for. Second, look for the provider’s welcome bonus as it’s a great chance to get even more bonuses from the purchases. While some providers offer only free membership, others also give welcome money for your shopping, which is more than appealing for wise, economical shoppers.

Whichever website you choose, you're sure to find only the best Brightside cashback on the web. Look for more providers at CashbackHunter to compare them by waiting times, cashback percentages, and reviews. Here you’ll always find an ideal pick.

Don’t waste your money or time.

I signed up three weeks ago. I’ve made appointments with the first therapist who CANCELLED the night before at 9:30pm EST. I made arrangements for someone to watch my kids so I could do that session. So I picked a new therapist. Made an appointment a week away. And it got cancelled by the therapist less than 12 HOURS beforehand. Once again, I made arrangements for someone to watch my kids so I could complete this session. This service is a joke.

Unauthorized charges - Scam

I saw a brightside therapist twice and a psychiatrist once. The therapist was great. However, the psychiatrist decided on a pretty severe "diagnosis" after one short meeting. Due to the severity of the diagnosis, and the limited contact with the psychiatrist, I went to get a second opinion with a local mental health clinic. I spoke with several psychiatrists there and they felt that the diagnosis was irresponsible after a single meeting. They refused to give the same diagnose even after a week inpatient. Due to this, I immediately cancelled my account. After cancelling my account in October, they have been continuing to charge me every month since. The app dashboard still says "your plan will be cancelled on 10/28/22" and the "Contact Us" link only brings you back to the homepage. I reached out to them via email and am waiting to hear back. Definitely something uncouth going on with this company. Stealing people's money is not a great way to help their mental health.

Awful

Awful! They have so many glitches and if you want to pay with insurance, they put you on a wailing list to just be able to maybe talk to someone that to help figure out if they can help. That’s nonsense. Now! If I paid upfront, no issues. Can you imagine all the people that actually need help? This semi-rejection took a few days because their site is infected with glitches. I’m not even going to bother. I honestly don’t know how they got all this positive reviews. Mind blowing.

They will charge you for services not rendered

They will charge you for services not rendered and then will not refund. Limited email communication, no care provided, yet several hundred dollars in charges I cannot get back.

First, to the person from Brightside who is responding to people's posts with personal information - you're violating HIPAA policies. Other than saying "we cannot comment on someone, but would love to speak with you regarding your experience", that's it! You're literally setting yourselves up for a lawsuit. Get someone in your marketing department who knows HIPAA compliance and responding to social media posts for crying out loud! (yes, my master's in healthcare administration). Secondly, agree with another review that the site is clunky. I have no idea what the providers would be like so I can't respond to that. But, I booked the appointment, got a text confirming with an option to cancel or reschedule, click on that link and it takes you nowhere. There is no option to cancel. Contacted customer service and they responded, but didn't cancel the appt as I requested and now 2 days later and multiple communications, I just got another reminder for the appointment. I think the issue here is that in the State of California, with subscriptions, you have to make an online option to cancel the subscription if they signed up. They do this apparently by providing the "text" with the option, but then it doesn't work. I'm pretty sure the law was not intended to be an process in futility and should actually function. So, just because I think the platform is really clunky and not well thought-out or drafted by knowledgeable healthcare professionals, I knew it wasn't going to be where I chose to receive treatment.

Bad Tech that becomes a major blocker to getting help

I used Brightside for almost a year. I went on the therapy and medication plan. I have no complaints about the therapist or the physician who prescribed my meds. The problems started when it failed to update my credit card after my HSA ran out. They disabled my account. When we finally got it re-enabled, I was still not seeing the links to contact or make appointments online. The only way I could make an appointment was to use a link in the reminder emails they sent. I sent four or five requests for tech support that never fixed my issue. The final straw is when my appointment was canceled and received an email notification that the therapist sent me a message. Unfortunately there was still no way to read my therapists messages. That was infuriating and extremely unprofessional. Imagine being a therapist who can’t communicate with their patients! I don’t blame the therapist as she had told me a lot of people had issues with the technology. I finally canceled and got a refund for the sessions I did not use. Brightside has lousy technology that becomes a wall between you and your therapist. It is not reliable. The fact I cannot receive emails directly from my therapist makes me realize just how walled in they are. The web site itself is a clunky mobile-only site that seemed to be created by someone new to writing web applications. It’s a single column layout that looks cheap compared to their competition. Do not use Brightside. It will cause more anxiety than it helps.

Would give 0 stars

Would give 0 stars. I was doing online therapy weekly and it was going well. Two days before my next appointment I received notification that my appointment was canceled and my account was closed. No explanation, no heads up from my therapist. I reached out to Brightside, I think this is very poor mental health service. Since they closed my account I no longer have access to the lessons I completed and paid for.

Therapist do not waste your time

Therapist do not waste your time. RUN AND FAST. Thought I found my dream job. Was building a great case load, clients truly making progress. Then one day, all appointments were canceled, access denied, they fire you without warning. They don't give you a chance.

If I could give negative stars I would

If I could give negative stars, I would. My previous provider was no longer available and I decided to give Brightside a try - probably one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I scheduled my first appointment and the provider they assigned had no idea, I wasn't on her schedule, yet I got her zoom link to connect for my appointment. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag for me. I had already been taking venlafaxine for anxiety and doing well on it, but expressed to my provider wanting to better manage my OCD symptoms. She put me on fluvoxamine (without knowing any of my medical history or really anything about me at all). Let me be clear, I realize that these types of medications can be unpredictable and some people don't react well to certain medications, so I don't blame Brightside or my provider for my negative side effects, but the sheer irresponsibility of this orangization and their providers is astounding. I expressed multiple times via messaging that I was having severe side effects. My provider ghosted me for a few days before recommending I titrate off the medication. That's when everything got so much worse. My provider suggested I take one pill every other day for 10 days. I started experiencing more severe symptoms and symptoms of withdrawl. Again I messaged my provider who ghosted me for about a week this time. I couldn't find any sort of emergency contact to get in touch with my provider or anyone for that matter. I reached out to my PCP who couldn't help me because they didn't prescribed the medication. I went to the ER and they couldn't help me unless I was suicidal; however they ultimately gave me medication to counteract some of the negative side effects and a boat load of information on fluvoxamine - information that made me realize my provider 1. should have probably never put me on that medication with such ease given that it's not recommended with venlafaxine and 2. never should have weaned me off by dosing me every other day given that literally every medical source on the planet says not to do that because the drug has such an incredibly short half-life. Funny how science works? When I finally got an appointment with my provider she basically gaslighted me into saying, "its probably not withdrawal because you weren't on it for a long time," which tells me two things. 1. You have no idea what you're talking about and 2. You have no concern for your patients. I had asked this provider to submit the necessary FMLA paperwork given that I missed over a week of work due to severe side effects and I have yet to hear back from her. I was just notified my claim has been denied due to the lack of the aforementioned paperwork, so now my job is jeopardy due to my provider's negligence. If you're going to put someone on a medication that has the potential to mess them up in a bad way, then at least take the responsibility to help that person protect their job when you created a situation that made them incapable of performing it. I feel like it is my obligation to warn others to stay away from this organization. They literally exploit mental health for profit, they employ unqualified provider's who unfortunately are allowed to prescribe people medication, and they are 0 help when things go bad. If you're thinking of joining Brightside, do yourself a favor, and don't.

AWFUL

AWFUL. Providers lack empathy and compassion and have an extremely unprofessional demeanor. Not the place to go when you need real mental health help
