Considering we were on the flight for an extra 3 hours whilst the plane got repaired, the cabin crew on flight BA0285 on Tues 2nd may 11.10 am, we’re incredible with a special mention for Michael, Lauren and Charlotte. They went above and beyond with their customer service, nothing was too big and every time we was served with a smile despite the 3 hour delay and an 11 hour flight. Michael was so attentive and very kind whenever serving us! Thank you guys so much for a great experience on our first BA flight! You three are awesome

I had two trips to Japan recently, one on BA and one on another well established airline. BA staff and service and experience were seriously a level up.

5 Star service ! I get a little tired of everyone beating up BA every time a flight is late, a bag is lost or the food was cold... It's not all bad in fact sometimes they are better than most. I'd like to make a HUGE call out and thank you to Michele Reed in BA sales who could not have been more helpful. I booked a holiday to Dubai (we go in 2 weeks) and needed to change the whole thing and move to Cancun (all my fault). I got through to Michele who was absolutely first class and went the extra mile to not only make all the changes (even booking the seats on the plane) but found ways to mitigate the change cost! Check in at Heathrow T5 was stress free, even with a toddler, using the dedicated family check in area. The staff were amazingly helpful. We had left our pram behind and they couldn’t have made more effort to help us find a replacement. 787 Dreamliner both ways was clean, comfortable with charming and helpful staff (outbound economy, inbound world traveller plus). The food in world traveller plus on the return was excellent. Cabin was peaceful and spacious. We got business class treatment for a fraction of the price. Highly recommend.

Flew with BA to Orlando in April 2023. What can I say, great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Uploaded our covid passes onto website two days before, very simple, checked in on the app the day before, also very simple, checked our bags into Gatwick the night before at the desk, very simple (surely this cant last). Walked thru security and gates were called an hour before, fast boarding process and we were seated easily. legroom not bad for economy, I am 6 foot 2 and it was fine. Air crew were lovely, the food wasnt bad (we bought a meal deal just in case, wasnt necessary in hindsight) Entertainment was good on plane and flight was slightly late taking off but made good time. Return flights just as good. Thanks BA we will use you again :)
