British Airways – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Considering we were on the flight for an extra 3 hours whilst the plane got repaired, the cabin crew on flight BA0285 on Tues 2nd may 11.10 am, we’re incredible with a special mention for Michael, Lauren and Charlotte. They went above and beyond with their customer service, nothing was too big and every time we was served with a smile despite the 3 hour delay and an 11 hour flight. Michael was so attentive and very kind whenever serving us! Thank you guys so much for a great experience on our first BA flight! You three are awesome

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Piyush for helping me out last week. I had booked the wrong flight and there was technical issues online with cancelling it and he did it for me and put in the refund straight away. Thank you for your quick thinking and dealing with it in a timely manner.
