Brootzo – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Useless, awful, terrible customer service. Waited weeks and weeks for my order, split in 2 for no reason with no communication then a refund at the last minute on an item no longer in stock. Absolutely shocking, unprofessional outfit. Nice items if and when they arrive though, such a shame.

Ordered six brass wall lights on 19th February. Shipping notification arrived 8th March. No sign of the lights by 5th April, with the tracking showing that a label had been printed but the lights not received at the carrier. I contacted them to ask what was happening, and Brootzo cancelled my order: "Per company policy, if an order is not shipped within the promised shipping date, it will be canceled." They offered me a 5 euro discount if I ordered from them again, presumably thinking I had lost my mind. So - no contact and no product for two months, followed by a refund of the wrong amount without even an explanation. Avoid.
