THIS BUSINESS IS CARCOVERS.COM, NOT "TRACY PERFORMANCE CORVETTE"! They know they're pushing a poor, low quality product, so they changed their business name here on Trustpilot to "Tracy Performance Corvette" in an effort to hide bad reviews from unsuspecting buyers. BUYERS BEWARE: Carcovers.com is a sneaky, deceitful company! I ordered the top of the line Platinum Shield car cover from them since I wanted the best outdoor protection for my car. I purchased the cover with the understanding that some "moisture" could get through the cover. To me, moisture doesn't mean allowing enough water to penetrate the cover to create pools of water to sit on my car underneath it, which is exactly what happened and it defeats the purpose of the cover. I had the cover on the car for only one week, within that time frame, the pools of water then attracted earwigs, which then gave birth under the cover and were all over my car, along with other insects. I was horrified. I contacted the company and they did nothing, they didn't even have the courtesy to respond. I essentially flushed $200 down the toilet for a product which did nothing to protect my car from the elements, which was its purpose as they so boldly claim. All the cover is good for is acting as a very expensive dustcover for an indoor car, it offers zero outdoor protection. It is a major waste of money and I'm only lucky I got it on sale and didn't have to pay full price for it, but throwing away $200 is bad enough. Do not be fooled by their false advertising, this cover does nothing it claims to do for outdoor car protection. Not only that, but I ordered their gust strap kit and they supply very poor quality tarp clips, one broke the moment I put it on. I had to go to Home Depot the next day and buy a pack of replacement tarp clips. The gust strap kit is also a rip-off for what you're getting, you can buy your own better quality tarp clips and bungee cords for way less and it will do the exact same thing. I spent $200 and the only things I got which were usable were three of four tarp clips and two bungee cords, everything else was useless garbage, does that sound like a good investment? There's absolutely no way the positive reviews on this cover are legitimate since it can't even perform its most basic of functions. Buyers beware, this is not a cover suitable for outdoor use, you will waste your money. This is an overpriced, low quality dustcover, nothing more. Keep in mind carcovers.com and carcover.com are two different companies. The one you need to watch out for is carcovers, with an "s". Shame on them!

I bought Platinum Shield Car Cover for my Porsche in 2020 which is parked outside. I also, ordered the "Gust Strap Wind Protector". I paid $207 for the whole kit. The clips for the straps only lasted 6 months, they are made out of cheap plastic that can't handle to cold weather. I got them replaced, but they keep on breaking (they only lasting 6 months (if that)). The Strap only lasted 14 months, both of them stretched out some much that it did hold the cover down. I went to Home depot and replaced them with much better quality ones. The lock and cable started to rust after one month. The lock stopped working after 6 months and cable is still putting rust marks all over the car cover. Now, the problem with the Platinum cover: 1) It's not water proof, it still lets water through. In the winter the cover will stick to the cold metal of the car. 2) After 12 months the cover started to deteriorate. The lining started to separate from the top cover. Which caused tears and holes in the cover. After just 24 months I have over 20 tears and holes in the cover. 3) The cover has green mold on it and I can't wash it because the cover will separate more. CarCovers.com Warranty: They want me to pay to have the cover shipped to them. They will take up to 30 days to inspect it. Then if they replace the cover or not I have to pay to have it shipped to me. The worst part is that when they receive the cover, if I contact them about the cover they will delay my claim. Here's the quote from their email: " Emailing before the 30 business days have passed will cause the ticket to be pushed to the back of the queue.". PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CARCOVER.COM!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Got ripped off on craigslist by someone who sold me one of these as a "factory" cover. Fit is lousy, barley covers my Miata. No way to keep it from blowing off the car in high winds unless you order "extras". I feel I got cheated twice. If you want a good cover for the money get a Motor Trend cover, it lasts and covers the car it also has straps to hold the cover on the car. Carcover.com sell generic junk that will not make you happy.

I bought a cover for $160 for my truck. I live in Arizona so it sits in the sun all day. After a couple years the cover started to turn white and come apart. When you tried to take the cover off all the particles from the cover filled the air and left white particle all over the truck. I had to wear a mask because didn't want to breath all that crap in. The top of the cover that is over the cab split apart exposing most of the cab. I would not buy this cover again. They don't last.

My second purchase from Carcovers.com and the same thing happens!! I purchased the one down from the most expensive I think around $160. It turns into white powder in under 2 years! Leaving snow like mess all over my driveway! I was a sucker like so many others after reading the so called 5 star reviews and purchased one for my 2017 Honda CRV. When asked about the warranty they give me a $47 charge plus $17 shipping. After looking them up on the BBB site I see I'm not alone! WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM CARCOVERS.COM...(Unless you like snowflakes!)
