CAROL – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Love my Carol bike, and company’s great customer service.

The ordering and setup of the bike went great. The problem was with the pad software and bike not being synced properly at the factory. Unfortunately, the bike arrived just before the weekend and support wasn't available until the following Monday. Once they contacted me it went smoothly and they got the bike working properly. It would help if the availability of support, hours and days, were posted on the CAROL website. Also, maybe a little more detail on how to set up multiple users on a single account would help too.

I have had the CAROL bike a couple of months. I enjoy the workouts. They are really tough but I feel that I am benefitting from them. I had a problem with the bike recently and the response from CAROL was fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending the bike and the company.

Great bike. Serious workouts that keep getting harder if you desire. Short rides and effective. (Can do longer more chill rides)

The CAROL Bike was the best investment I’ve ever made in exercise equipment. My busy schedule doesn’t allow me to do 30-45 rides, so this bike presented me with the perfect solution. Admittedly, the bikes concept really works. I’ve only been using the CAROL Bike now for 2 weeks and I can see a drastic difference with my cardio stamina as well as muscle growth. It is well worth the money and I highly recommend! I’m so glad I invested in it and would certainly do it again.
