CASADEI – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

They are by far my favorite luxury shoes. They’ve lasted me years with regular wear and their customer support and care is incomparable!

Order boots from this company and paid express delivery with a date of arrival of the 20th July. They never sent until that date. An expensive birthday gift for a friend. These arrived two days after the birthday and it looks like they were sent by normal delivery. Customer service maintain it was delivered in time but it wasn't They also state that the courier would not work weekends which is not mentioned either in there order terms. Totally disgraceful and attitude of chat support staff is appalling. Marilena on the support desk was totally unhelpful and just argued that deliveries were made on time when they were not. After length chats with the company they still refuse to refund me and say that the delivery was within there T&Cs. However when you book a express delivery it fails to show that you order will take up to 24 hours to process and they do not work weekends. This should be shown in the actual order and not display a date which they cannot achieve. There attitude as a company to customers is terrible and i would advise everyone to avoid them like the plague. I have now been refunded by the company and am happy with the out come of the problem.

Soltanto 4 stelle perché a due paia delle mie scarpe sì è rotto il tacco. Adoro Casadei Blade e penso che è la scarpa con tacco 12 più comoda in assoluto! Non parliamo del aspetto incredibile ma anche della qualità, cura dei dettagli e la varietà dei colori. Il servizio clienti è molto gentile e disponibile, in effetti ad entrambe paia sono stati sostituiti i tacchi ad un costo di 60€. Tutto sommato va bene… ma a volte ho il timore che possa spaccarsi un tacco quando meno me l’aspetto! Credo che una scarpa che costi 600€ non debba avere un difetto simile.

Tutto perfetto. Acquisto sempre con molto piacere un nuovo paio di scarpe e quelle di Casadei sono davvero favolose. 5 stelle tutte per il Made in Italy per la qualità dei materiali la pelle e morbidissima . A Bologna ci sono solo i rivenditori di fatto dopo qualche anno bisogna per forza ripiegare sul e-commerce.Per me e stata una scoperta super positiva con la vasta scelta di modelli e la possibilità di acquistare i mezzi numeri che spesso non sono disponibili in negozio.Il sito ufficiale non delude massima serietà per quanto riguarda i ordini con occasioni imperdibili per i clienti registrati. Facile da contattare anche il costumer service sempre tramite il proprio account rispondono sempre e sono molto gentili. Spedizioni standard con consegna in 2/3 giorni l'unica pecca e il costo aggiuntivo per la consegna se non sbaglio di 8 euro.
