Hi. I have had a not too good experience with Cheaptickets. i want to admit that it was wrong of me to give them the one star poor rating a couple of times. Because I found out later that what they told me was true. My apologies. I now want to give them a 5 star rating for a flight cancellation which was Covid 19 related. It was taking a very long time and I was anxious that I am not going to receive any refund for it. I couldn't get hold of them on the phone (I was most unhappy even though its not their fault as they had to shut the office due to covid). It was the same with emailing. They had to wait for the refund from the airlines. I didn't believe them. But I was so wrong. Their email to inform me of the refund went to SPAM and I did not check my bank account. They had already deposited the refund into my account as they said they would. My sincere apologies to Cheaptickets. Thank you for your hard work during this difficult time. I will be glad to book with you again and recommend Cheaptickets.com.sg to my friends. THANK YOU.

Took about 2 weeks to receive a refund from cheaptickets for my canceled hotel. I like them they always have promo codes to make my hotel stay cheaper

I purchased a flight thru them and JAY my customer representative help me all the way thru the process of getting the best price for my flight. Also JAY was very professional and explained all my concerns. He even helped my case to see it thru all the way till my ticket flight with the airline was confirmed. JAY took time and patience to solve my bank issues about my transaction problems with fraud prevention.

I booked my tickets online in a hurry, and didn't realize I was logged on to Cheaptickets.com, and not CheapOAir.com, which I had used before. AFTER I purchased the tickets, I checked out the reviews, and just about threw up! I've never seen such a collection of bad reviews in my life! What was worse, there were virtually NO positive reviews! Of course, it was too late at that point to do anything about it, and I just held my breath and waited for problems. Well, the problems never materialized. I got the tickets for exactly what I had paid, the trip went off without a hitch, and all was well. Granted, I never had to contact them about ticket changes, cancellations, or anything else (where most of the problems I saw in other peoples' reviews came from), so my purchase and travel experience was one of the "easy" ones. However, my experience was fine. Yes, there is a mountain of bad reviews out there for this ticket service. I can't speak for them. All I can tell you is, in MY particular case, they did exactly what they said they would do, I got the tickets, and all was well. There was nothing at all negative about the experience, other than the worry caused by all the bad reviews I read. I can't tell you whether or not you are going to have problems with this company. All can tell you is, I didn't. They were quick and easy to use, and everything turned out all right. Just because you see a lot of bad reviews, doesn't necessarily mean you are going to get screwed (it didn't in my case).

I just wanted to write a positive review for my experience with Cheaptickets.com because there are so many negative ones out there. It made me nervous that something was going to go terribly wrong once I booked my trip. But we had no issues at all. All our reservations were there, nothing strange happened, it was exactly what we signed up for! I was very happy with our vacation package and would book through them again. It seems that a lot of people who have had a bad experience have tried to change a reservation once it's been made and that has been difficult. We didn't need to change anything, we went with exactly what we booked and as I said, not one issue!! We had a fabulous vacation!

Our customer service rep was named "Bruce" and was extremely helpful, but forgot to mention the extra charges on credit card payments which is 20%... Prices shown on the website are not replicated in reality but nonetheless reasonably cheap compared to most other sites of this nature. I'd certainly recomend Cheaptickets.co.uk to everyone!

The customer service rep did a remarkable job and endured the whole process with my flight booking and the reservations of the hotel. She also contacted the hotel on a 3-way call, to answer questions specifically that she couldn't answer. There would be NO GRAY AREA when I checked in. I received a great discount for booking both flight and hotel with cheap tickets. I am also a active member with cheap tickets. She was patient and cordial, friendly and I appreciate her good attitude. We need more people like her to help the customer, to aid in saving $$$. Thank you!

Cheaptickets alwasy give excelents options to travel. For crusie I have had the best deals, for flights I have good options. I would like to have points or special treamet due to I always buy my tickets here.
