Cheddar's – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was there today with my daughter and husband and little grandchild....I was disappointed with my bacon, cheeseburger:(. Twice sent back ; cooked to a medium well:( not my cup of tea...asked the waitress prior said they could cook it medium rare... Manager came to the table ( Alisha) said we've been there awhile instead of waiting some more and she said she offered to cook it herself, that she would take it off the bill and they would throw it away :( I said I would eat it not gonna throw food away, take it with in a to go box was the option with alongside a caramel coated cheesecake. Free food is good but this is not the goal....I so appreciate the managers willing to go over and beyond...I was still disappointed but it made me happy , they Do care....I will go back and hopefully she relays this concern to her cook...we pay with hard-earned money, we expect the way we want our food cooked... thank you Alisha and Cheddars for truly understanding....

My first visit to this new restaurant in my area. one word FABULOUS from the manager Brian, hostess, waitress to the delicious 4 entrees perfect & delicious A must My family just found our new to go place for years to come.

The food is very good. Great customer service. I'll go back.

Went to Cheddar's in Avon Indiana. I've been there multiple times before I have ordered the chicken Caesar salad multiple times before. This is the first time it is ever come back with pasta underneath the salad itself. When I order a chicken Caesar salad that's what I want I didn't order a chicken Caesar salad with pasta underneath it. The waitress precedes to tell me that that's how it's always been. I have lived in Avon Indiana since 2014 January 1st of 2014. I have been to Cheddar's over a hundred times since they put a Cheddar's in Avon. I have never in any time I've gone there in order the chicken Caesar salad I know the time I have gone there I have never had it come out with pasta on the bottom of it. Not on the bottom of the plate underneath the salad itself. The waitress was very nice she was very bubbly. Sweet lady with one to take it back and bring me back what I actually ordered which was a chicken Caesar salad no pasta included. She was very attentive very lovely person. She seems to be a little overwhelmed with everything that was going on there more customers coming in. But overall besides the salad having pasta underneath it the experience was nice.
