Chilisleep – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I purchased an Ooler Sleep Me unit, which turned out to be defective - the unit would not turn on at all! Not to mention it was very cheaply-made. I attempted to contact Chili Sleep customer support by phone, but was directed to voicemail each time I called for several days. When I finally heard back from a representative from Chili sleep, she arranged for me to return the unit (this is after many unanswered communications - the customer service was awful!). Even though I returned the item, Chili Sleep continued to bill installments of $150.00 to my credit card for the unit. I notified Chili Sleep via email (since I can't get through by phone), and they replied, stating that they will issue a refund within 5 to 10 business days. Well that was over a month ago and they continued to charge my credit card (now four $150 installments). This company is fraudulent and does not keep its word. I now have to dispute these charges with my credit card company. I will also mention that the pad that came with the unit was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. It is full of hard tubing - I don't know how anyone can sleep on that! Terrible product and terrible company - buyer beware!

Read this before you buy a chili pad. I Bought mine a little over 3yrs years ago. Paid $500. Worked like a dream at first, then about 1.25 year ago, it stopped getting cold. Would only go down to 69 degrees & it gets hot here where I live, and 68 is not cold enough. I called them & they said ship it to is us on my dine & send us a check for $175. By the time I pay shipping and fee. I might as well buy another one & it 💯 not be a chili !! I’m going for sleep 8

We have several of their products, the latest of which is the new Doc Pro system. It has been nonfunctional longer than it has been functional. It’s not bad enough that it only worked for two weeks, what’s worse is their customer support. You’ll never get a human on the phone and your email messages can take 7 to 10 days to get a reply. And then all you get is a bunch of empty promises and apologies and absolutely no action. By the way, of course, they have your money all of this time for the product you paid for that you can’t use. So if you’re lucky and you get a product that never needs any service and you may love this thing, if on the other hand it doesn’t work then you’re in a world of hurt. Because this company is not going to stand behind their product. They are very efficient with empty promises and excuses however. I suppose we should just let it flood our bedroom floor continuously and be thankful?

Ordered this online and prompt delivery within 3 days. I have been using this for 4 weeks now. It does need a little tweaking with the temperature, times and schedules all through a fairly straightforward app but my sleep quality has improved considerably. I also do not need the air con anymore so I am saving a bit of money as well. There are two drawbacks: the cooling unit is a bit noisy, about the sound level of a fridge cooling, and the pad needs straightening regularly but overall I am very happy with the product.

I ordered this a week ago and life is good! Setup was simple the rewards are great. A night without tossing and turning. You know when you wakeup and the bed isn't torn up and you are in the same position you fell asleep in. Great product!
