This online bank is IMO far superior to any B & M bank I have ever had any dealings with. Accounts are quick and // simple to set up / verification is also smooth and painless. They use Plaid to automatically connect and verify other accounts for ACH bank to bank transfers, this happens almost instantly. Their pay anyone feature is amazing, all you need is the payees phone number, Chime texts them a link and they use that to claim the money with their card details, This totally eliminates the need to use 3rd party payment processors, like Zelle or Venmo with their associated fees. Chime has no fees, in the few months I have never been charged for anything, and have made several ACH transfers to other accounts, and have successfully used the "pay anyone " on multiple occasions ... ALL WITH NO FEES. Their customer service staff have aways been totally professional, and very helpful, I had some e-mail interactions, when I was first getting started not fully understanding Online Banking ( and frankly being a little skeptical ). Their responses were always prompt and helpful. You get transaction alerts to your phone, and daily balance updates if you wish, you can also opt out if you want. I really couldn't wish for anything more from a banj, I can't think of anything they don't do and do well. AND all this with NO FEES !!

This is a pretty reliable online financial institution. I’m able to use it to transfer to nearly any other account I have tried, unlike many online banks. It has a straightforward app and website and I don’t get locked out of it or my money held, which seems to happen otherwise. I haven’t had to call customer service so I’m not sure how useful they are, honestly.

I've been using Chime now for about 2 years (roughly). Used them multiple times for online and in store purchases with their debit card. Also, I direct deposit to my card monthly, as well. Never had a single issue/problem with them. Definitely would recommend them.

I love chime I've been using it a couple months I went from a man who if I had a dollar in my pocket I had to spend it but since starting with chime and using there credit builder option I always have money now I always pay my bills and I'm working on my credit and things are I don't worry about money anymore
