What is CityPass Cash Back?

Though CityPass already offers highly discounted products, it’s always good to have additional cost-saving opportunities, right? That’s what you can get with CityPass cashback – a system of returning a certain percentage from your purchases at CityPass to your wallet. Yes, that’s real money – not some CityPass cashback bonus that you can only spend for subsequent purchases in this store, but hard cash that you can use for any other purposes.

How Does CityPass Cashback Works?

CityPass cashback: sounds simple enough, but how simple is it? The definition of cashback states that it’s literally a cash rebate, but where does this money come from? It comes from promotional deals between third-party sites and CityPass. These promos are paid in the form of cash to the cashback site and then transferred to you. These cashback sites feature clickable links that direct traffic to the main CityPass website, which in turn rewards the site. Want more CityPass cashback deals? We'll explain some CityPass rebate deals and offers next.

On top of cashback, you're also eligible for some CityPass cashback bonus offers. This can come from purchasing with CityPass cashback credit cards, which offer cashback when using them to make purchases. There are rebate CityPass offers that you can redeem to receive extra cash and extra promos and bonuses as well.

To put it in the simplest way, by using a third-party site for CityPass shopping, you collect a percentage of your cash back. We got the best CityPass cashback sites coming up next.

How to Get Cashback from CityPass?

Just like the CityPass promise, it's easy! We've broken the process down into four simple steps:

  1. Choose a cashback site and sign up for free
  2. Look for the CityPass portal and start shopping
  3. Check out
  4. Sit back and relax while your cash comes to you

How to Use CityPass Cashback?

Using the cashback CityPass rewarded to you is also very easy. There is one thing, though – it needs time to be processed and cashed out. First of all, it's good to check that your preferred method of withdrawal is offered at the cashback site you choose. All those that we provided offer all major payment methods.

After this is done, your purchase will need to be approved by CityPass, which can take between 10 and 30 days. After approval, the cash is transferred to the cashback site you used and then sent to you within 24-48 hours. Most of the time, it is required to have a minimum amount before you can withdraw your earnings.

With so many ways to earn extra cash and bonuses just from shopping at your favorite stores, shopping gets much more attractive. Have fun shopping around and enjoy the rebates flooding back to your account!

CityPass Cash Back Calculator

The cashback calculator is available in some cashback services (for example, SecretDiscounter) on the page of each store and allows you to quickly calculate the amount of cash back that will be returned after a purchase. However, to calculate the cashback, the calculator uses the maximum store rate, and if the store has several rates for different categories of goods, the calculator takes into account the largest one.

Best Cashback Site for CityPass

Finding a good cashback website is the most important part of collecting your deserved rebates. Here we have a CityPass cashback review to get you started. First, look for a website that is home to thousands of top retailers and bonus offers that will be sure to get you the green you're hoping for. Second, look for the provider’s welcome bonus as it’s a great chance to get even more bonuses from the purchases. While some providers offer only free membership, others also give welcome money for your shopping, which is more than appealing for wise, economical shoppers.

Whichever website you choose, you're sure to find only the best CityPass cashback on the web. Look for more providers at CashbackHunter to compare them by waiting times, cashback percentages, and reviews. Here you’ll always find an ideal pick.

CityPASS New York: Save Money and Time, But Plan Ahead!

I recently purchased the CityPass New York and had mixed feelings about it. While I did save money by buying tickets for the included attractions together, I did face some issues while trying to reserve time slots for the ferry to the Statue of Liberty island and the 9/11 Memorial Museum. CityPASS didn't show all available time slots, which caused me to reschedule my entire visit. However, when I checked the official websites for these places, I saw that time slots were indeed available. Despite this, I must say that I was impressed with the customer service provided by CityPASS. I lodged a complaint about my situation, and to my surprise, I received a refund for my unused ticket in just two days! This definitely changed my opinion about the company for the better. Based on my experience, I recommend using CityPASS, but be sure to reserve tickets at least two days in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Overall, I found CityPASS to be a cost-effective and convenient way to visit New York City's top attractions.

Helpful but check prices

It's helpful to have all tickets in the same place without fear of being scammed. However if you are a student it is possible that direct ticket sales could be cheaper. It would also be more convenient if citypass itself offered an app in which to store and buy the tickets. As not all users will have data plans when they visit a certain country.

Great savings on a range of sites

We bought a family city pass during a trip to Seattle for a friend’s wedding. It offered great savings and gave us something to do almost everyday we didn’t have a wedding related activity. All the venues that offered online booking in advance also had a method of redeeming the CityPASS through their site making it very convenient. There’s a good range of attractions on offer suitable for adults and kids. I would happily recommend CityPASS and look for it again on a city break in the future.

MONEY WELL SPENT

I give CityPASS a thmbs up. You don't have to stand in line nor make reservations. I used the Atlanta pass and it was worth it. If you price each attraction you pay way more than intended. Only thing I didn't like was the pay to park and it's limited parking. Please park at the train station and take Marta or catch an Uber/ Lyft. I enjoyed visiting the city with the CityPASS money well spent & saved.

I purchased the CityPASS after hearing…

I purchased the CityPASS after hearing about it on various websites. I was in Houston, TX for the first time on vacation, and having the CityPASS was the best purchase ever! It allows you to go to five different major attractions in Houston; including the famous Space Center Houston. In all I went to four; the Space Center, Houston Zoo, Musuem of Natural Science (which had the famous "Bodies" exhibit) you pay extra for Bodies. I also went to the Aquarium. I ran out of time, so I wasn't able to go to the fifth attraction, which was fine. So bascially you can get into five major attractions and pay $66.00. What a deal and a huge savings for me, I highly recommend purchasing CityPass.

Very happy with our CityPASS

Very happy with our CityPASS We bought the 5 top attractions CityPASS for our group trip to NYC - booking all our time-slots at our chosen destinations before we set off for USA. I even managed to cancel + reshedule our first attraction at the last-minute when our flight was delayed - so, an easy experience with CityPASS. Having everything pre-booked, not only gave peace of mind, but also a good starting point + structure to our trip, so that other activities could be planned around our schedule. The Passes gave us admittance to a few surprise 'extras' as well, which was a bonus

Best choice ever great price for so…

Best choice ever great price for so many experiences! It would be nice if all venues actually had the capacity to accept 5+ passes, but we got there in the end. Well worth the money, effort and experience!

Family Oriented Attraction for less

Purchased a City pass while we are at Toronto. Best and cheapest attraction ticket you could ever find with lots of choices. CN tower, Casa Loma, Aquarium and museums (science or ontario) and zoo are all family oriented attraction. My kids enjoyed the aquarium and the science museum particularly. Worth your money. And even if you only visited 2 attraction you got you money back. You could also purchase extra for the CN tower (citypass for the CN tower is the basic entry) you can purchase extra ticket to get to the extra top. We have enjoyed citypass.

Visiting Seattle as first timers.

We were visiting Seattle for the first time and really wanted to make the most out of our trip. This included visiting the highly rated tourist attraction. After doing my research, I found that many of the attractions were conveniently located next to or adjacent to others. As a result, this encouraged us to utilize entire days to visit them. I stumbled upon the citypass and it was the BEST decision. We saved so much money and the website itself allowed for easy access to scheduling the attractions (you have to schedule time slots for some attractions). If you plan to visit 3+ attractions, the CityPass is a MUST HAVE.

Fantastic and excellent value for money

We booked with City Pass and it was fantastic. No probs at all booking the attractions. I did have to speak to customer service, more because I needed to ask a question. They were fantastic and sorted everything out. Highly recommend and cheaper than booking the tourist attractions individually.
