Clinique Cashback

Always order online from Clinique and my orders come fast. I have been using Clinique since I was 20 I use anti gravity eye cream and moisture surge and think that’s why my skin looks so good. Other brand just don’t compare

I am a dedicated Clarins client and desperately needed to top up on items but also wanted to try a new tone of foundation. At Brent Cross in John Lewis again no clarins rep, other reps don’t want to know. Same at Boots - no rep no help even when you could find somebody who wasn’t chatting to colleagues or on their phone. Last stop was Fenwicks. Same story, no clarins rep BUT a lovely girl from Cilinique came over. She went to get a key to open the drawers, found what I needed. She also gave me a little sample of another shade AND some Clinique products. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was so accommodating and it was refreshing to find somebody who actually understands the meaning of customer service and actually offers it. I am now going to try Clinique so Clarins is losing a customer of many years standing.

When you find something that works you have literaly no excuses to love it, that's how I feel with my clinique skin care and make up. My loving product, the Take the day off makeup remover for lids, lashes and lips, basically the holy grail after a full day of makeup.

I was served by Allister at Boots in Bracknell. Allister took the time to match me up with foundation and he was patient and very polite and nothing is to much trouble for him. I wont go anywhere else. Allister is a credit to Clinique. Thank you so much for all your help Allister.

Ordered two products on the 26.01.23, dispatched date was 30.01.23. Delivered 2.2.23 so total of 8 days. I used normal delivery which is normally 3 to 5 days. 8 days is a very, very long time which is off putting to me. It wasn't a delivery issue, it was a Clinique issue, as it took them 5 days to send it off. My emails don't lie. I had discount due to first order, I was also able to select some freebies, which I love as I am scared to try new products on my face. The freebies weren't these stupid packet samples, they were a good size, which for me, really helps. They let you select safe place to leave items, as they understand people work, so this is good as well. I am happy with my order, my products etc. Minus 1 star due to timeframe. Sort it out please. Thank you for your reply. I don't feel I need to email as I am satisfied with order. Just the delivery time frame I think needs to be sorted.

I've been using the 7 Day Cream for two days and unfortunately the lid has seperated from the $25 bottle. The attachment of the lid to the bottle is with inadequately thin plastic. I'm pleased with the content but not with the packaging.

Greetings Sophie (RE:CLINIQUE IN BOOTS BRENT CROSS NW LONDON) Firstly, I congratulate you on your new position, as I understand from Karina that you have recently been appointed as area manager for her branch, and she indeed sings your praises! I am writing to you to both express the outstanding service I received both from Najma previously before my holidays and indeed today from Karina; again, with the experience being so enjoyable, it truly is a pleasure to spend money at your store, as I know I get accurate and honest advice and not the "hard sell" you get in so many other companies/stores. The authentic wonderful experience and support were genuinely incredible, served by both of these ladies, who always give helpful and friendly advice and see such extraordinary teamwork. The product knowledge from ALL the team was second to any, and never seen this before Globally, including the stores like Harrods and Selfridges. The customer service was/is off the scale. I mean the "positive" scale, to the point of being in the store for an average of over 1.5 hours per trip and feeling like a VIP. Let me tell you; it was the best experience ever. I cannot wait to spend more money and visit very soon, which I am sure you do not often hear from customers, especially these days! Again, this shows me the level of service has not stopped or friendliness since the first time I dealt with your company, and long may it carry on. I got blown away by the personal service, care, and attention. It is clear that these two are so well respected in the company, being so professional, polite, and helpful, but most importantly, listening to what I was saying and knowing me to match my needs. I was utterly blown away by being treated as an individual and someone who could relate to and understand my needs, concerns, upsets, and issues, WHICH I CAN NOT AND HAVE NOT found anywhere these days. When they spoke, it was so factual regarding their knowledge that I felt I was at college again and wanted to take notes; they were just so friendly and approachable. Based on my trips to see both of these ladies, and being loyal to Kiehls, due to their poor performance both as shops and the demise of their product range, I have with delight parted waves from them and I was a loyal and good customer, but it now appears they have just fallen to the wayside which is their loss and Cliniques gain, which shows that if you give that personal service, it does pay off, and most certainly if I may say so: as the AM you should feel very proud of these two ladies performance, to the point where the assistant at the counter behind yours in Boots- LANCOME was watching on the performance of Karina and her unique talents with her mouth open and so she should. When someone like Karina and Najma are Ambassadors for your product, I always believe a noise should be made. I wish these ladies were present more often, as I know Najma only works a long weekend in particular. The service was so incredible that I realised I should leave the shop before I started finding a corner to work, having been so welcomed that much. It was late, and like always had exceeded themselves in their jobs. I want to let you know that you've received this mail. They've lost my order 2131852351. One month later , I did not receive any package, refund or feedback. They've given notice about the package within 8 hours. And I was able to Pick up the package. Thank you.

Updated: Someone from Clinique contacted me regarding the order and has credited me back the full amount, plus shipping out the original order. I will update to a 5 if this happens. They realize that some of their reps are not up to their standards I ordered from Clinique website on 7/18/22. They shipped to the wrong address, did the chat with someone on 7/22/22 she promised a new shipment in 2 days plus a 10% discount (order was over $100.00) Never showed up. Clinique customer service is HORRIBLE. You have lost me as a customer. I have ordered for over 20 plus years. Maybe you should train you customer service people.

I love the mascara. I've been using high impact for ages and no other brand comes close !
