Das Online Check In Verfahren ist nicht sehr intuitiv und benutzerfreundlich gestaltet, weswegen ein Stern abgezogen ist. Jedoch wird einem über den Kundenservice über den Whatsapp Chat sehr schnell (im Vergleich zu anderen Portalen) geholfen und das auch NICHT mit automatisierten Antworten. Ausführliche Erklärung und Problemlösung.
Wir haben unsere Reise nach Kuba mit Condor angetreten. Der Hinflug war top. Ich habe vorher noch nie eine so entspannte und gut gelaunte Crew erlebt. Essen war gut, Flug ruhig und relativ pünktlich. Zurück sah das Ganze leider etwas anders aus. Die 24 Stunden Verspätung wurden uns frühzeitig mitgeteilt, sodass wir noch nicht Richtung Flughafen unterwegs waren. Mit einem Tag Verspätung ging es dann Richtung Flughafen. Mit einer weiteren Stunde Verspätung begann das Boarding, bis zum Abflug hat es dann nochmal einige Zeit gedauert, was aber wohl an den Papieren an dem Flughafen und nicht an Condor lag. Unsere Plätze waren krass eng. Neben mir konnte der Mann sein Tablett nicht runter klappen, mein Freund und ich saßen mit den Knien am Vordersitz. Bei 10 Stunden Flugzeit wird das echt unbequem.. Essen war okay. Wir würden aber grundsätzlich wieder mit Condor fliegen.
Finde die ganzen Bewertungen hier schon hart. Bin nach Fuerteventura und zurück geflogen und es war alles voll ok. Online Check-In war problemlos möglich, Koffer kamen an, beide Flüge halbwegs pünktlich, Flugpersonal war nett und die Piloten auch super. Hab eigentlich Flugangst, mich aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt unsicher oder sonst was gefühlt. Lasst euch von den ganzen negativen Kommentaren hier nicht zu sehr beeinflussen. Condor ist halt keine Luxus-Airline, dafür aber auch nicht sonderlich teuer. You get what you pay for.
Wir sind von München nach Hurghada und zurück geflogen. Wir haben selten 2 so angenehme Flüge gehabt. Die Crew war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden wieder mit Condor fliegen.

Neues Flugzeug, top Unterhaltungsprogramm 2 kleine Mahlzeiten, pünktlich, 1 h Verspätung (lag aber am Flughafen in Male- schreckliches Durcheinander), nettes Flugpersonal, Check In hat gut geklappt
We vlogen vanuit Düsseldorf naar Tenerife en terug. Fijne maatschappij. Nieuwe, schone vliegtuigen en vriendelijk personeel. Economy Best geeft wat voordelen die prettig zijn zoals priority boarding en een lekker broodje.
Große Hochachtung, die Fluggesellschaft hat eine Möglichkeit trotz Streik in Frankfurt gefunden uns von Mexiko nach Düsseldorf zu fliegen. Dort standen Busse bereit um uns nach Frankfurt zu bringen. Andere Urlauber welche mit anderen Fluggesellschaften gebucht hatten, mussten große Unannehmlichkeiten in Kauf nehmen und Verspätungen der Heimreise bis zu zwei Tagen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank!
Wir hatten am 27.01. einen Kurzstreckenflug nach Lanzarote. Beim Online Check-In hatten wir die Gelegenheit, ein Upgrade auf "Business" (bzw. Economy+) zu buchen. Und das hat sich wirklich gelohnt: etwas mehr Beinfreiheit und eine tolle Betreuung durch die Flugbegleiter. Aber auch unabhänig vom Upgrade, war die die gesamte Mannschaft sehr, sehr nett und hat sich super gekümmert. Zufall? Eher nicht. Denn beim Rückflug 11 Tage später war ein anderes Team wiederum so freundlich und hat alle Passagiere super betreut. Condor scheint da wohl etwas besser zu machen, als andere. Wenn es das Ziel möglich macht, werde ich künftig bei Condor bleiben. Sehr angenehme Erfahrung.
Wir sind schon mehrmals mit Condor geflogen und haben bis jetzt noch nie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Flüge sind zwar meist etwas teurer als bei den Konkurenten wie Eurowings, aber dafür ist der Service um einiges besser. Man hat unseren Flug noch nie umgebucht oder storniert von Seiten der Airline und als der Flieger einmal wegen eines Unwetters nicht starten konnte, wurde von Condor ein Hotel inklusive Verpflegung und Transfer organisiert ohne Zusatzkosten! Bei der Standardbuchung in der Economy Class ist ein Gepäckstück von 20 KG inklusive. Die nächsthöhere Kategorie köstet nur etwas mehr und beinhaltet 25 KG, einen Snack, die Sitzplatzreservierung und überall Fastlane und Priority. Das finde ich eine sehr ansprechende Option, die es bei den meisten Billigfluggesellscagten gar nicht gibt. Bis jetzt hatten wir auch bei jedem Flug eine Gratiszeitschrift, was auch nicht elbstverständlich ist. Natürlich kann man Condor nicht mit Lufthansa oder so vergleichen, aber das ist eine ganz andere Klasse. Wenn man Condor aber mit gleichwertigen Fluggesellschaften vergleicht, würde ich Conor jederzeit bevorzugen.
