Ottimo sito che in pochi secondi ha trovato diverse violazioni per utilizzo anche commerciale di foto che non ho concesso in licenza ai soggetti interessati. In pochi e rapidi passaggi posso delegare copytrack per chiedere risarcimento per l'uso non autorizzato delle mie foto, e loro si incaricano di provare prima una conciliazione e poi eventualmente avviare una causa. Nel mio caso la fotografia è solo una passione (solo a volte remunerativa) e non un lavoro, per cui devolverò i risarcimenti in beneficienza. Chi pensa che una foto trovata in rete sia sempre liberamente utilizzabile (magari anche a scopo commerciale) ha proprio una falla concettuale. Questo servizio serve anche a far capire a qualcuno che "online" non vuol dire "di pubblico dominio".

Servizio eccellente. Ovviamente non sempre si riesce a recuperare il dovuto a causa delle differenze legislative che ci sono in tutto il mondo. Ma la mia esperienza è positiva e sono riuscito a recuperare royalty di foto rubate. Inoltre penso che il servizio di copytrack sia una cura contro la pirateria e faccia capire alle persone che non è possibile utilizzare fotografie senza permesso e/o una licenza. Forse attualmente è l'unico organo di controllo che funziona e che in qualche modo sta sanando il settore e sta educando gli utenti all'uso legale dei contenuti coperti da copyright.
