I want to balance the negative reviews out here. We bought a toddlers play pen at a good price that wasn't available anytime soon even on amazon. The site delivered the product in less than a week. All done very quick and without any issue.

Had an initial issue with a product and service, However was rectified quickly and a refund was arranged. Good experience in the end.

Why so many bad reviews here? I have bought here several times and never get disappointed. When I need to buy something for my puppy, I will search for it on this website. The product is of high quality, and the customer service is great.
