Having been a student of CreativeLive since 2015, I can vouch for the level of dedication, excellent instruction and high production value of class content on a variety of topics. However, it is my most recent experience with the program that I write about. Since many institutions have created virtual learning outlets I still love my CreativeLive courses and found accessibility to them very important when it came to generating some of my new work (as a writer) in late 2021. Specifically, I was able to revisit and study key sections from the videos and materials from CreativeLive's class on memoir writing taught by bestselling author, Joyce Maynard. I'm thankful that I had Ms. Maynard's sage advice at my fingertips and not have to deal with online streaming since I owned the course and had it downloaded on my laptop. (This is possible only for purchased courses, and not subscription-based courses.) It's a part of my personal library that I will use again and again as I work to finish and edit my own memoir.

I follow them since the beginning, i have bought Many courses from them... if you wait for The right time... The courses are a steal and of great quality. Really appreciate that you can watch a free video a day of and course from their app.

Awesome - love their videos, and if you get an annual subscription on offer, it works out as good value for money, even if you only complete a few courses in the year.

I am into photography, know basic stuff but wanted to quickly learn shooting newborn picutres for my own baby who will arrive in few weeks' time. I was concerned about safely handling and posing a newborn, which this cource was perfect for - "Baby Safety and Posing ..." by Kelly Brown. As a complete beginner, I bought a quick start course by John Greengo, to learn how to use a camera that I had just bought. It was the best thing I did. The course was easy to understand and I learnt more in the first hour, than YouTube videos had taught me in the previous two weeks. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t get the course sooner. There are also free on air videos and you can also choose a free lesson of the day. Strangely, I can only find these on my iPad rather than on my laptop, but that is probably my incompetency.
