Transfered 60 sol (1100usd) from phantom to my cripto.com wallet. Solscan shows sol received but not visible in the app. After 10 hours still no receivement of funds. After contact was established, got money back.

Crypto.com has really changed negatively,I had bad experience with them that I lost $31000 I regret knowing crypto.com. Reeds drie jaar klant en het bevalt eigenlijk zeer goed. De "rewards" op credit cards zijn helaas aangepast maar dat kon ook niet anders. Commercieel gezien was het altijd al veel te veel. Nu dat aangepast is, kan de exchange (en de eigen munt) groeien. Ik zit ook bij het Nederlandse Bitvavo maar het aanbod en de mogelijkheden bij CDC (Crypto Dot Com) zijn erg goed. Ik kan natuurlijk de negatieve reviews die ik hier heb gelezen niet ontkrachten maar ik kan alleen schrijven dat ik dit niet herken. Natuurlijk duurt het even voordat je een bericht krijgt, maar dat is bij Bitvavo (zonder tijdsverschil) niet anders. Ook is het ook vervelend wanneer een token wordt verwijderd, maar dat gebeurd ook overal. Mijns inziens zouden mensen (los van verlies) eerlijk moeten beoordelen of een bedrijf wel of niet voldoet. Dat gebeurt hier (mijns inziens) niet. Maar goed, doe er mee wat je wilt en weet dat er ook mensen tevreden zijn met CDC. Ik geloof ook in CRO/Cronos (de token van CDC).
Je fait mes transactions quotidienne avec eux sans probleme et a peu de frais. J'utilise leur carte visa. Support un peu lent a repondre en francais, mais sinon rien a dire de negatif pour l'instant.

Retiros a cuenta bancaria instantáneas, comisiones aceptables para una exange que no corres el riesgo de que juegan con tu dinero ya que no permiten préstamos, ni invierten tu dinero . A lot of features and perks got removed for people who want to use the spending card (drop in cashback and removal of perks), also rather high fees. Great experience in the beginning but the lack of improvement and the slow decline of usefulness and features have made crypto.com obsolete as an exchange or other services provider for me. Services definitely work no issues there, just not really for me as my staking budget also is not as broad.
recently they integrated myinfo verification and now it is really easy to register na buy some crypto, I have account from 2 years but a week ago I created one for my wife and everything happened so fast and easy. Nice!
