Dashlane – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The assistance that Sharon gave through out chat was patient with me [not greatly computer savvy] and helpful. Initially the email from Dashlane about the change needed concerning an Authenticator [2FA] program was not helpful. I spent probably an hour or more on my Dashlane account trying to figure out how to make the change. It wasn't until I went to the chat with a Dashlane assistant in person [not Dashy] that I was finally able to get a resolution. Sharon went an extra mile to assist me!

I've had a great experience with Dashlane, which has excellent service and features like a straightforward interface. I'd give it five stars, but I'm leaving one out because they have switched to an annual-only subscription, which I find too pricey. If the cost isn't an issue for you, I recommend Dashlane.

Overall I am very satisfied with customer support and reaching out to me by email to fix the problem. The overall process was kind of time consuming from start to finish since all communication was done through email (approximately one week) but the problem of 2FA and getting logged on with my new phone was resolved.
