Nachdem uns nach wochenlangem warten ein Deutschland-Trikot in der falsche Größe zugestellt wurde, haben wir uns an den telefonischen Kundenservice gewendet. Dieser spricht nur schlechtes englisch und ist kaum zu verstehen. Dort wurde uns auch nicht weiter geholfen, sondern nur gesagt, dass wir eine Mail an den Kundenservice schicken sollen. Das haben wir getan, mit einem Foto der falschen Ware und einer Erklärung in Deutsch und Englisch. Der DFB-Shop hat sich bis heute (6 Wochen nach dem Kontakt mit dem "Kundenservice" des DFB-Shops) nicht gemeldet und ich konnte das Trikot nicht umtauschen, da kein Retourenaufkleber beilag. Da Klarna meinte, dass die Klärung mit dem DFB-Shop unsere Aufgabe ist, sich dort ja aber niemand meldet und so keine Möglichkeit besteht, die falsche Ware umzutauschen oder zurück zu geben, haben wir nun beschlossen, das Trikot - trotz falscher Größe - zu bezahlen. Ich würde nie wieder beim DFB-Shop bestellen und bin sehr enttäuscht, dass der DFB die Kunden so behandelt und mit vom Shop verursachten Problemen alleine lässt. Scheinbar läuft das schon länger so. Es gibt einen Zeitungsartikel der TZ von Juni 2021, der diese betrügerische Abzocke des DFB-Shops bereits thematisiert hat. Seitdem hat sich nichts geändert und ahnungslose Kunden werden weiterhin ausgenutzt und betrogen. Die Antworten des DFBs die hier bei Trustpilot stehen, sind im übrigen alle nur copy-paste und verweisen auf den "Kundenservice" (Telefonnummern oder Mail) bei denen man keine Hilfe bekommt, weil letztendlich niemand antwortet. Auch die Aussage dass man leider nicht helfen kann, weil man die Bestellnummer nicht kennt habe ich hier öfter gelesen. Das soll lediglich den Anschein erwecken, dass der Kunde Schuld ist und sich jemand kümmern möchte. Da wie bereits geschrieben - sich dann aber weder auf die telefonische Anfrage noch auf die Mail (mit Bestellnummer, Name, Fotos und Anliegen in Englisch und Deutsch) meldet, ist die Aussage hinfällig. Die Verantwortlichen des DFB sollten sich in Grund und Boden schämen.
Der Versandstatus nach 1Wo ist weiterhin in Bearbeitung, die telefonisch vereinbarte Rückerstattung bleibt auch aus. Niemals dort bestellen! 0Sterne! Vollkatastrophe! Trikotbestellung per Express (1-2 Tage) Umgehende Bestellbestätigung. Dann passierte nichts. Tel. Nachfrage nach 4Tagen. Info, dass der Artikel nicht lieferbar ist. Kindergeburtstag OHNE Gruppengeschenk. Vielen Dank, offizieller DFB Fanshop!
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über den Service des DFB-FanShops. Ein Langarm-Shirt wurde am 28.11.22 als Weihnachtsgeschenk für unseren Sohn bestellt (451-1422-8587) und das Geld auch sofort von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Am 4.12.22 bekamen wir die Nachricht, dass das Shirt versendet wurde. Leider haben wir nie eine Lieferung erhalten. Hermes hat den Verlust der Ware anerkannt und uns gebeten, uns mit dem DFB-FanShop in Verbindung zu setzen, um das Geld zurückzuerhalten. Das haben wir mit mehreren eMails auch unter Bezugnahme der Liefernummer von Hermes und der Bestellnummer des DFB-FanShops gemacht. Unsere eMails wurden noch nicht einmal beantwortet, geschweige denn, dass uns das Geld, wie gewünscht, zurück überwiesen wurde. Jetzt haben wir den 18.01.2023 und unser Sohn hat nicht sein Shirt noch wurden uns die Kosten zurück erstattet. Bei diesen Preisen erwarte ich einen anderen Service. Das ist kein guter Umgang mit den Fans der Deutschen Nationalmannschaft. Wir hoffen immer noch auf eine Klärung des Falls.
Bin sehr enttäuscht vom Shop und dem Kundendienst! Habe vor fast 4 Wochen eine angeblich vorrätige Shorts bestellt und bisher nur die Info bekommen, dass die Lieferung länger dauert. Leider war der Kundendienst nicht mal in der Lage, Klarna über die Verzögerung zu informieren und das Zahlungsziel anzupassen. Mein Sohn ist extrem traurig, dass sein Weihnachtsgeschenk immer noch nicht da ist!
Ich ziehe einen Stern ab, weil der Shop im Vereinigten Königreich seinen Sitz hat und der Versand auch aus Manchester erfolgt. Sehe es als nicht gerade nachhaltig. Ansonsten verlief es vom Kauf bis Zustellung reibungslos. 11Tage lagen am Ende zwischen Bestellung und Lieferung. Lieferkette war transparent und konnte nachverfolgt werden. Den Kundenservice brauchte ich nicht und Retoure war nicht erforderlich, dazu kann ich also nichts sagen.
