Ordered a handbag for my wife’s birthday, order went through and they took the payment, 2 days later I get an email that they’ve cancelled my order with no explanation. Still no refund! Emailed customer services 3 times, no response. Terrible service
I bought a men’s pair of DKNY casual footwear about 6 months ago and have only worn them once they are very comfortable but the rubber round the sides has already started to come away after one use they must be made somewhere cheap with the DKNY brand name I would have got better wear from something cheap for a fiver I will never buy DKNY again substandard rubbish
Not a satisfactory experience. Do not order from Canada if you plan on returning. I ordered 2 pairs of leggings. Too small based on their size guide. I paid $209.00. I returned both only to be advised that I am being reimbursed $117.00. What happened to my remaining $82.00? The customer service rep on the phone could not answer that and no manager was available to help. No where on my original invoice did they indicate the amount of duty and taxes applicable. No where did they stipulate this kind of loss on their return policy. BEWARE. Never again. So disappointed. Order #1001150841 in case anybody from DKNY would like to investigate. Unless I am missing something somewhere, I just don’t understand.
I haven’t bought from this brand for so long because they just were’t my style. But then I saw IG ads with really cool styles from DKNY so I thought ok why not? I ordered a hoodie and got XS. It was too big (smallest size available) so I wanted to make a return. Return policy on the website isn’t very friendly. Doesn’t explain much. Basically, it gives the impression that there’s no return shipping label provided. However, the package did provide it but they didn’t provide the “return form”. Reached out to customer service twice to finally have someone send me a return form. Return form was a scanned version (no digital version, lol). Filled it out and it asked for Item # and Style #. Couldn’t find where to find item # so I just ignored it. Also, it says they deduct $6 from your return. If I bought many items, I wouldn’t care so much becasue I understand shipping could be expensive. But becasue I bough one item, it was rather wasteful. The selection is pretty cool and the styles are pretty nice, but the website is a bit funky and not much details are given about the products. The experience was ok. I would recommend them if you see something you like, just make sure you’re aware of return shipping costs. Other than that, they shipped my item out really quickly and the hoodie came well-protected.

I visited the DKNY store in Bicester village on the 15th June 2020. As it was the first day with clothes retailers reopening since the lockdown l was pleasantly greeted very well by the store manager at the door. In store other assistants were very welcoming too, especially Paula. I tried on a dress and she was very complementary. As a customer one needs to be reassured before buying an outfit and she certainly gave me her honest opinion. Her customer service was second to non. I can honestly say that we need more assistants in shops like her who go out of their way to chat with the customer. My children waited outside the changing room and she even made time to chat with them. I am happy to say that l have made a friend for life as Paula and l have exchanged contacts and will be keeping in touch with one another. Thank you Paula
I called recently because my purchase was on backorder and I was able to reach out to the company quickly. I received an answer of when the product would be in stock and when I could expect it. Great and helpful customer service.
You need to have a lot of money to make it really possibly happen for whatever reasons out there. I do hope it will not happen there in the county I am living cause there is no such big amount of people where all of this is really possible out there. I do not really see it happening in the near time.
After placing our comments on Trust Pilot and sending an email to DKNY , the customer services manager, Charlotte and her team investigated our complaint and fully refunded our purchase plus postage. This has restored our confidence in the brand DKNY and in its sales staff at Bicester ( Oxford). Thank you.
Love the fact that their outfits have that cool edge to them but at the same time they're still wearable on a daily basis which I think makes for nice value for money. One thing that could use improvement is the materials used, more natural fibres would be nice. Amazing in store customer service!
