I do not recommend purchasing any electronics at Dollar Tree. I recently bought a mini battery powered desk fan thinking it was good quality and an affordable price. I was wrong. Its airflow was less than average and in addition after 5-10 minutes of running time, the fan stopped working. I took it apart and found that motor had burned out. I will not buy electronics at Dollar Tree again.

I love the staff there especially Tanya She is always so helpful and friendly always has a smile on her face and will go out of her way to help you in any way as far as her manager I think her name is Suzanne she is very rude and In considerate to Tanya speaks to her very rudely and she doesn't deserve it Tany works very hard every time I'l have been in the store she is working doing something Never standing around or anything she's great as a cashier , cleaner , stocker She will do anything that she needs to be done ESPECIALLY CLEAN THE STORE She can talk and get people through line at the same time as for other employees there (she) they can talk but they can't ring your items at the same time , Tanya keeps me coming back to this store she always makes me laugh and puts a smile on my face no matter what kind of day she is having she never shows it or takes it out on her customers ,She is always greedy the people coming in the store and going out of the store ! I wish we had more cashiers out there like she is She is the best employee at this store as far as I see and I shop this store 2 to 3 times aweek just because of her great out going customer sevice , I hope she never leaves this store because if she does I will find another store to shop at , They will be losing alot of customers if she ever leaves !! she's the only reason I keep coming back to this certain Follar Tree THANK YOU TANYA YOU DESERVE 10 STARS FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

Went into the Cherokee Lane, Lodi, CA store today and was so pleasantly surprised It was very clean more organized and displays neatly done I will now be going to this store vs the one right by my house from now on It is across town from where I live The manager, Julie, was very friendly, as was the employee that waited on me I am not able to get out and shop much as I am a caregiver for my husband and going into a store that I feel the positive vibes the minute I walk just made my day plus having everything I was looking for

I visit Dollar Tree regularly because there’s a location less than three miles away. I didn’t enter a single Dollar Tree until 1999. It just wasn’t a place I shopped or had any interest in patronizing. Man, did I miss out! The ladies who staff the nearby store are always kind and helpful. The store, although cluttered, is easy to navigate. I ALWAYS go for cleaning products and toilet paper first! Then I check the gadgets, plastic products and then I check new dishes and I end up in the kitchen supply area. I could spend the night there! All those ‘things’ hanging from the sky! Now I have bought almost everything on that wall, but there’s always one more thing. Today (Wednesday when I was there) I am looking for new dish towels and there is a plethora of Holiday themed towels, but I see a design that I must have. They are turquoise green with yellow designs. I get four and I head to checkout. When I reach the front of the store, I see a long line of ‘cheap-Christmas-gift-customers’ snaking down one of the aisles. Only one register is staffed and I start to frown. Just as I start to lay my things down, someone pages and like magic the door to the office opens and two young ladies clad in green shirts and jeans sprint to open checkout aisles! My day is saved! I was glad to see those ladies come out, because not many people want to work at a store like Dollar Tree. I wish there were more young people that would bring their youth and vitality to this warm place to come. And what about young guys?!? These little old ladies have to stock this place too! Where are the ‘first teenage job people like existed when I was 16? Well, it IS a new day, I guess, but there’s always a chance that something old can add something new in a way that change comes and tradition continues.

I have been going to the Dollar Tree at Murfreesboro Rd Franklin TN for years, I love the store items, but customer service has always been awful, until the new employee named Dameon, he was very nice, ask how my day was going and did I find everything? This young man had a long line of customers. I saw 2 other employees just talking and laughing on of the isles and no one came to help him. Dameon was very professional. I've been back since and he was working the entire store by himself. This young man deserves a gold star.

People complaining that it's now $1.25. Come on, we are lucky everything was a dollar for years. I have found great deals for beauty supplies, party supplies and cleaning supplies. I usually check all the isles when I go and have found things that they only had one time but what great value! Yeah, it's a bummer that it's now the "$1.25 Tree" but it's sure not they end of the world. I also really like the employees. They are always super friendly and helpful.

I like the idea of this store, such low prices you won't find anywhere else. But would suggest paying more attention to the cleanliness inside.

I do alot of crafting. I recently found videos on youtube about dollar tree hacks and crafts. Every once in awhile I can't find an item I need for a certain craft but for the most part I am able to get everything I need. I made numerous decorations for halloween and most of the materials I used were from dollar tree. Keep up the good work dollar tree

I shop at Store #1102, Converse, TX whenever I am in the area. It is the cleanest, best organized, best stocked of any Dollar Tree I have visited over the past year. I live within 3-5 miles of 8-10 Dollar Trees and this one is by far the best. Thank you to the management team of Store #1102.
