I walked into the store this morning around 9:10am the two staff members working Juvaria and Manny were absolutely enthuastic and very helpful. I wanted to pass this feedback as I felt so comfortable with them . The girl offered us a loyalty card each to me and my niece and this was superb . I’m so happy They served me in no time and we had a great chat early in the morning. We need a lot more poeple Like that out there. Well done Juvaria and manny . Love Trish

Ordered a superdry coat I've been desperate for but was too expensive in store, here it was half price!!!! Was delivered 3 days later!! Great service will definitely buy form here again:-)

I read the other reviews and was a bit worried about ordering, but they were brilliant! Not only was customer service very good but I got the best price and super speedy delivery, and seeing as I live in Cornwall that's even more impressive. 100% recommend 👌

A girl named Claire, who was working in the Belfast store, and has been for 4 years, was AMAZING when dealing with us. She was great at her job and was extremely friendly. She made sure we were taken care of to the best of her ability.
