My comment is about the website. I placed an order and got an email confirming my order. A few days later I got another email saying only that I’m getting a refund. The email contained a link to an invalid URL. I called and someone checked the order number but could not explain what happened. I emailed them, but I've had no further communication from the company. When I checked, the shoes still appeared to be available on the website. The whole thing seems really strange.

They say "free returns" but that's a lie. You will pay for returns unless you want a store credit.

I ordered a brown sandal from this company, and they sent me a completely different shoe. i reached out to them, and returned the item. it’s been over two months, they refused to refund me. There should be a way we can report these retail company’s for bad business conducts. The website is a scam

Wow how disappointing. Their Website stinks, wrong info on my account, can’t reach anyone by chat, phone ! Sizes aren’t available, then they are mysteriously in the same day. If you can’t make a purchase, get info, make purchases correct mistakes make exchanges conveniently, have communication? Why bother being in business, too many other places to choose from Shoes are not true to size either very frustrating. Then charge to return ship + charge for restocking also BS! These shoes are really comfortable! They are also pretty. The two velcro straps on each shoe make for a perfect fit for each foot. I'd recommend them and would purchase them again. These are the Maison EMOVE Walking Sandal with the floral print. They feel like I'm walking on air.

I am astonished at how inefficient this company is. I placed an order for some boots and shoes when they were on sale. I got a notice that two of the items would be refunded. I assumed I wasn't getting those items because they were out of stock. I went back on the website and saw that the prices were much higher than when I placed my order but one of the items was in stock. A few days later, the same boots went on sale again, for the same price I originally ordered. So that doesnt make sense. On one of the other shoes I ordered, the priced dropped to 50% off and the original order hadn't shipped. So I called to see if I could get the cheaper price. I can get the cheaper price, but I have to call once the order is in transit to get the price match. That doesn't make sense either. However, the representatives were very polite and helpful, so I have no complaints about that. I think they need to have a serious look at their processes.

I am a very satisfied customer. I read so many negative reviews after placing my order and was skeptical. But, I received exactly what I ordered. Shoes that fit perfect and are made well. My order came in exactly 7 days and I was emailed when they arrived. Ty Easy Spirit. My faith has been restored.

I have owned 4 pairs of these shoes. Only one pairs that haven't fit right. But its my feet not there shoes fault. I love the shoes. They don't hurt my feet. I have really bad feet problems. These are the only shoes I've found that have worked for me. Sorry to people that have had bad reviews.

If I had read all these bad reviews before I’d Purchased Easy Spirit shoes, I would’ve never bought shoes from them. I am so glad that I hadn’t read these poor reviews, as I have never had any trouble with that company, and I have been buying from them for years. Best, most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Also long lasting, and great styles.

From the day I received them, they were extremely comfortable. I bought them for a month-long trip to Europe, as one of my pairs of shoes. Didn't realise at the time that I would wear them every day! The only thing I did was to insert a gel arch support in the left foot. The shoes are just wonderful and soooo comfortable! The other pluses for me are that they have half sizes and narrow sizes available. And they come in several great colors. I didn't want to look like an American with white tennis shoes -- I bought dark blue, which went with everything. Great job, EasySpirit!!
