Wow, reading all these bad reviews about Ebay makes me think something is so seriously wrong with these people . I have been buying off of eBay for an extremely long time not just with auctions but buy it now. Or maybe they just have a problem with distinguishing the difference between what is quality and quantity. Never have I ever had any problems with buying anything off of eBay . One of the reasons I gave it a 5 stars over the past 25 years. If I was a asked to rank some of these sites from top place to buy to worse . eBay would be No. 1. Esty would be 2. Fb marketplace would be 3. And Amazon is the worse with their junk.

Bear in mind that the cheapest tracked postage nowadays is £2.08 for a small letter sent by Royal Mail. You always have to use a tracked service, otherwise the buyer will usually pretend they haven't received the item and eBay will give them an immediate refund. They have a virtual monopoly on online sales, so as a buyer you get the most selection and a seller the largest market. But their fees for sales are very high indeed!

eBay, it’s a great place for the buyer! If you are a buyer, you get your stuff fast, and you can hold it ransom, if you don’t like your product, you can request a discount after receiving your item. You can make up just about any lie. God forbid the seller lists items in bulk, the buyer will break one item and say I want 30% back with shipping… or I will rate you poorly. And Or I will continue to hold your product ransom until ebay is done with their 7 day investigation, all the while the seller’s money is in limbo, while the buyer has the enjoyment of their item and their cake too! Seller beware!

I always shop on eBay. It is the best in my opinion. I have always gotten refunds for items not as described and I rarely return because most of the items i bought were as described not like other websites where people are scamming with fake gold. In eBay, I have always been satisfied with my purchases.

Thank you John from Trust and Saftey you help me alot. 5 ebay members trasnfered me here and there in previous calls. than John takes over and solved a payment problem i had with billing team. i got into the system through PC not through mobile app. than told me where to go. waited on phone patiently. lovely guy with total respect. i know alot of people upset but this guy John is the man! 10/10

Jeg har handlet mye på Ebay siste 7 år og har intet å klage på. Alle pakker kommer frem innen 3 uker. Prisene på ebay er inkl frakt, toll og moms, så jeg får ingen overraskelser.

I'm a seller on Ebay, and I have been for a very long time. I see that there are a lot of bad reviews for this company but if you really read them, people aren't doing their due dillegence. Look at the feedback for a seller. If their feedback isn't at close to 100% perhaps you should not buy from them. Ebay does charge a lot for sellers like me and I'm not that happy about it but it is what it is.
